If I had to say, I noticed that some of the email previews appeared a little differently from the original format. But I understand that every software needs improvement. Thus, this is not really a problem, either. Overall, I don't have any issues with Easy HOA. > > Overall, my experience with Easy HOA has been great\! We have just revitalized our HOA, and the board members have different levels of computer proficiency. It has been difficult to communicate with the board members due to various job schedules and other commitments, and we often request technology support from individuals, respectively, not as the HOA board. However, Easy HOA has been extremely patient with us, even though we asked the same question; they took time to answer individually. Reports should be able to be pulled without them being excel files. I’d like to be able to save and open them in Google sheets or a non Microsoft product. I can’t seem to have a regular account and an admin account. I have to use my account to log in as a homeowner and my husband’s to log in for admin purposes.
