Avantages
Appreciate that my internal team can see all messages going back and forth between field staff. It enables us to comminate the same message and support one another when even when we are working in different roles.
Inconvénients
Not being able to set up or add someone to at tag or team when creating the profile.
Also would like the ability to upload multiple forms to a secured message. So the user on other end only needs one code to view documents, and so internal staff does not have to combined file first.

We use Emitrr to communicate with our associates. From the beginning of the application/ inquiry process, to following up to make sure they show up on site. Easy as a Text message!
Avantages
Emitrr is as easy to use as text messaging.
Inconvénients
I think it's pretty expensive. Considering that text messaging is free from any cell phone carrier, and that I don't really use any other features, $85+ a month is pretty high.

10/10 - they are very responsive and love hearing ideas of how we will use it and what additional features would be helpful.
Avantages
Ease of use and addresses so many needs we had for our office! Love that we can schedule messages in advance which will save a lot of time and it works both on the computer and a phone app. Support staff has been extremely responsive and helpful getting us set up.
Inconvénients
Our experience has been excellent I haven't found anything I don't like.

It was an easier transition than I thought it would be. There are a lot of bells and whistles that we don't use like scheduling calls. (I'm sure I'll be using that as our business expands.) Overall it is a good tool is very useful.
Avantages
The ease of use so far, I'm still getting used to it.
Inconvénients
The process for Mass texts is lengthy; it should be shortened. Having to enter contacts one at a time is time consuming. (I may be doing it wrong).

Avantages
I love that we can set reminders to each individual person, set campaigns for larger messages, assign conversations to other coworkers, and have multiple templates ready to send. These are all time saving services for us. Also, the customer service is amazing! We had a major tech issue that was resolved in less than 3 days. They were very quick, concerned, and professional.
Inconvénients
Because we have so many past messages and so many phone numbers, it takes a long time for the conversations to populate when searching in all conversations.

I like that I can use it on the phone as well as my computer. I can call guests and owners from my cell using my work phone number.
Inconvénients
I don't really have any complaints. We've been using it for a while and haven't felt the need to switch.

HANDS DOWN BEST ZIPWHIP REPLACEMENT for small business

We used Zipwhip until it shut down, and I have to say that after over 30 demos from other companies...
We used Zipwhip until it shut down, and I have to say that after over 30 demos from other companies we finally ended up trying Emitrr. I was mortified to switch from Zipwhip, it was so simple and easy to use. Most of the demos I tried for other companies were either way more complicated than we needed, wickedly overpriced for a small business, did not have a cell phone app extension (crucial for us), or their pricing schemes took a PhD to understand. What is nice about Emitrr is that you can start with just texting if that is your primary need, the other features are on the side panel and out of the way if you don't want to use them initially. The agents I spoke to were intelligent, knew their product, listened to what we needed, and were straightforward. I must have spoken to 30 salespeople of other companies and while many were acceptable, few were exceptional. The transition was fast fast fast and absolutely painless, others told me we would be down anywhere from 48 hours to a week! (most said 48 to 72 hours). We were not down a minute.
Avantages
The transition to Emitrr from Zipwhip was so seamless that it was unbelievable, including our custom templates. They do all the prep work for the transition behind the scenes so there was--in our case--zero down time when we switched. I cannot stress this enough. The user interface is very similar. Customer service is exceptional, absolutely exceptional. There are customizable "folders" you can also assign conversations to, there is an "Open" and "Closed" designation so that messages can be moved over once you have replied so that you can easily see which ones are still pending, you can flag a message with an identifier that you can customize such as "New Client" or "Urgent", you can assign conversations if you have users, (or not!), and initially if you JUST WANT TEXTING they will do this for you. There are internal notes you can write within the conversation on the message board that the client never sees to help communication among staff, and it saves all conversations in the cloud so you can see what a person sent you last time, an automatic conversation history! This is a major advantage over Zipwhip. They also have signable forms, payment options, social media integration and you can also attach .pdf's (multiple pages to a text!!! The client gets them as a "scrollable" document on their phone!!!). You can also send long SMS texts if you need to without getting cut off, for us this is invaluable. Also there is a cell phone app if you need after-hours services!
Inconvénients
Emitrr needs to work on a few things. If you print a conversation for a medical record for instance, it is not currently possible to select just the current conversation, it will pull up all of a client's previous interactions with you. There are work arounds if you are good with .pdf's but it is time consuming. Also when these are printed, currently the photos are not included. The button labeled "send" should say "compose or write", this has confused a few employees until you get used to it. Finally, it is quite a bit more expensive than what we had in the budget for texting but at least we are extremely pleased with the service and see how we can use it more fully in the future.

Inconvénients
I wouldn't necessarily say this is a con, but Emitrr is constantly evolving. So let's say a feature isn't available today, it may in a few months. However, I would say it's more on a pro because they always strive to improve.

I've tried quite a few SMS and email marketing platforms and Emitrr is by far the least expensive and very user friendly.
Inconvénients
The email portion could be expanded to store templates.

Avantages
Emitrr has been my favorite messaging software we have used in our office. The ease of sending mass messages to our associates is amazing. The way to personalize messages and filter them within different groups. By far, the best thing about this software is the customer service. Anytime we have questions or concerns the support team always responds quickly and have offered to jump on zoom meeting with us if we cannot resolve the issue by emails.
Inconvénients
There are no major concerns. Software is simple and works well.

Avantages
The auto-reply, Review Request, and Mass messaging are essential for our business and Emitrr handles all of this flawlessly. It was extremely easy to import all of our old contacts and start with our same number, but a more fluid app.
Inconvénients
My only complaint would be the number format, and that is not a real problem. I am just used to having parentheses around the area code.
