For example, most tier one responses don't take the full context into consideration and the support responses tend to be vaguely associated with the actual question/request. Additionally, if tier 2 support is required you cannot chat with them and have to move to a case model with 1-2 business day turnaround. It can add insult to injury when tier 2 doesn't seem to follow the request/question either knowing you have to wait even longer just to clarify. One time I asked if there was a document showing how the entire system modules were "intended" to be used (e.g. system lifecycle: Quote to purchase to opportunity to converting into sales orders, agreements, and tickets) and that wasn't available which made it challenging to develop processes and best practices. > > The RMM is a good out of the box solution, but lacks basic customization features such as being able to add custom field to a screen.
