It stores the information requests from parents, teachers, and administrators so they are right in front of us as we are making the decisions. It flags conflicts and helps us resolve them. When we had issues or needs the customer support was excellent. They were timely and responsive. They helped us understand how to use the program better, and even uploaded files we needed to avoid lots of human error. We got used to it, but for a school with as many classes as we have it took getting used to. Having used spreadsheets for class placement data over the past 17 years, I have found Class Solver to be invaluable since its introduction to our school last year. Their IT department staff are amazing - nothing is to difficult for them. Their customer response time is incredible. I have asked many many questions over these past 2 years, and each has been answered in a very timely manner and in layman's terms. Any feedback I have provided has been responded to by either a quick email or phone call.
