Overall, the benefits of paperbell continue to outweigh its benefits so I am happy with it. I still do look forward to seeing improvements especially in the areas I like least.
Avantages
What made me choose Paperbell over other software are: (1) ability to get clients to sign contracts as part of the workflow; (2) Scheduling features (flexibility); (3) Great customer service (very responsive and friendly)
Inconvénients
There are still certain things that don't work quite well such as contracts not being sent when packages are gifted, pricing options being unavailable due to its limitation to stripe and lack of flexibility when it comes to reporting - downloading data/reports.

Avantages
•Very intuitive and easy to use. Most everything a coach would need.
•Invoices/Billing,Contacts, & Payments all seamlessly integrated
•Built-in client survey customization as part of your onboarding process without having to do any additional learning curves!
•Easy links to your video session that make it effortless for your client!
•the ability to sell group coaching easily
•a private portal for clients to make know you take their privacy seriously
Inconvénients
•No color coding abilities
•No additional fonts or colors for text
•That emails read [SENSITIVE CONTENT] (though in all fairness - clients can respond straight from the email to the Coach/and the email shows that it's from the Coach)
•That emails can't 'live' in the client portal: there should be a way for the client and coach to interact in a way that doesn't rely on an outside provider, while having notifications to both client/coach a 'new' message awaits them
• The email customizations are very restrictive
• An inability to customize the signature on the email template

Overall, I think Paperbell is on the right path and is experiencing some growing pains. Their customer service has been responsive, and they are always accepting feedback and what could be improved - and most importantly, seek to implement changes based on that feedback.
Avantages
I like the aesthetics of the Paperbell platform for myself and my clients using the portal. It is simple, clean, intuitive, and relatively user-friendly. I also like that was developed with coaches in mind, and is woman-owned.
Inconvénients
There have been some bugs I've contacted customer-service about, one being that my phone consultations were never showing up in my list of "upcoming appointments." I would also like for Paperbell to address some website mapping issues that create unnecessary clicks and time spent on tasks like scheduling client sessions. I'm often bumped back to the main page and have to repeatedly go back into a client file to reschedule or cancel more than one session at a time.

I'm an ICF-Certified Coach. I use Paperbell for client management and tracking my coaching hours for credentialing and certification. Paperbell functions as a "low-maintenance virtual assistant". I can set it and forget it; it works unsupervised, and I love it.
Avantages
It's quick to set up and easy to use. I was already a user of Laura Roeder's MeetEdgar program. I love that program so much. I was willing to trust that the same excellence would be present in Paperbell. I've been pleased to see that the same (maybe higher) level of quality and thoughtfulness that went into Paperbell.
Inconvénients
I would like a toggle switch that let you create calendar links that are not attached to packages. This way I can use it for package scheduling and meeting scheduling. The benefit is that it's all in the same place when it syncs with my Gmail calendar.

I love this platform. I can cut costs by paying one flat fee for CRM, booking, payment processing, and contract signing and booting all the other platforms! I was a bit skeptical after finding other semi all in one platforms too complicated and often WAY to expensive but Paperbell takes the cake!
Avantages
I love that I have client management, scheduling and billing all in one. Honestly the entire platform is a must to stay on track rather than jumping from and having to set up multiple different platforms for each!
Inconvénients
I would love to see more options for subscriptions such as biweekly or weekly billing. I have clients who prefer to pay for their subscriptions differently and while you can manage that in plans, it requires setting how many appointments etc. That can be a hassle for me.

Excellent. Customer service is super responsive, fast, understanding. It's also important to me to support other small, female owned businesses.
Avantages
The fact that you can see what clients have bought from you & how much they have spent
You can email all clients on one package
You can set up different billing plans
That the company is built and run by a small team and they are super responsive to feedback
Inconvénients
There are small tweaks that could be made - but the team are always open to feedback and have added changes I have suggested to the system, for example deleting a package from a client's record.

I really like paperbell. It’s easy to use. Paperbell is always open to feedback and they are continually working on updating the tool.
I have used almost every feature and I trust that they will fix all bugs asap.
Avantages
I love the ease of setting up and editing 1:1 and group offerings.
Inconvénients
The shop page looks undesirable to me. so I end up spending time creating a basic webpage on my website. Lack of basic reporting that you can easily run to see recurring payments.

I really like Paperbell and it’s been super useful, I’m just not sure I love it and whether or not it’s the best product to support me in the long run.
Avantages
Covers all the basics and has been very helpful in supporting the early growth of my coaching business. Support is *awesome* which I love. Integration with GSuite and Stripe is also great and straightforward.
Inconvénients
For me I feel there is a lack of product flexibility and the CRM capabilities are pretty basic.

Avantages
I love how beautiful it looks and very functional. It has most all the features I need and want as a coach.
Inconvénients
I wish there was a goals section so that I can enter in goals for my clients and also that clients can enter in themselves. It would be great to have this as a feature that the clients can themselves also track within their own client portal.

I love how easy it is to deploy the software and set up the packages. Clients find it really easy and professional to use which means I can have a seamless shop front for my 1-2-1 packages.
Inconvénients
Love the current features that exist and that are being added. Can't think of any thing additional I need right now to be added to the system.

Using Paperbell is like having a virtual assistant- I know my clients and potentials are being taken care of when I’m busy!
Avantages
I’ve used this from the beginning of my coaching career and I won’t go back. The software was developed by a coach for a coach - woman owned. What I like best is that new features and improvements are constantly introduced.
I love my Shop page- I’ve been able to customize the look, add illustrations and it looks like it’s a part of my website. I can send direct links to potential and current clients and easily make changes to my packages.
Inconvénients
Anything I’ve had trouble with has been improved upon without asking. I know the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is taking requests, updating and coming out with new features all the time. It’s one of the main reasons I chose Paperbell.

Paperbell fits all my coaching needs, and the software is continuing to expand. The software is user-friendly, and customer service is very responsive. Lauching a coaching business is scary enough, but having Paperbell in my corner made starting a coaching business a smoother transition.
Avantages
Overall, it saves me time and energy! The best features...so many, but to name a few: client management, tracking coaching hours, reminders, and the landing page, and the software is user-friendly.
Inconvénients
Wow, this is a hard one. I compared Paperbell with 6 other coaching sites, and only 1 beat out Paperbell (in my comparison). However, that site almost tripple Paperbell price.

Continually improving a great product

Avantages
I most like the modern interface with this software. My client experience is important to me and I appreciate the clean look of the platform. Next, I like how customizable it is. They really listen to their customers and build it for all sorts of uses instead of forcing you to develop your processes around the software. I like how it handles groups a lot.
Inconvénients
I least like the fact that at this time, you cannot customize a contract for each person. So, this means I have to create a new package if I need to customize something for one client and now they are not part of the bigger group. It's just managing two things instead of one which adds up over time. I have figured out how to make it work but it's the one thing I would change about this software.

My business runs itself thanks to Paperbell. I show up just to coach and I don’t have to work about the actual “business” functions on a day to day basis.
Avantages
I most love the self-scheduling features, calendar, and appointment management and synchronization.
Inconvénients
In the beginning, it took a while to receive support when a challenge arose. I believe the time difference and the size of the company played a part in that. They have since streamlined that process better.

I had to create a landing page for a new product. Paperbell fit the bill in getting out a landing page and converting to sales after a webinar. I had hoped it would allow me to share my program's files but it was constrained by files size limitations . In the end I mostly abandoned the platform when I couldn't communicate and share the materials to deliver the coaching program.
Avantages
I like that it is easy and straight forward to implement and get started.
Inconvénients
I don't like the lack if flexibility in customizing your business landing page.

Avantages
The ability to customize it. The easy flow of scheduling to payment.
Inconvénients
There are some limitations but I believe I’m pay for what I’m getting and it serves me for now. I’d love to have sales tax available to me. Not being able to do this creates some work on my end. It certainly does not flow with everything else.

I am now able to streamline the onboarding of new clients easily and store all client information in a single location. Saving time and effort and providing a professional service.
Avantages
Being able to create a programme that my clients can then review the details and purchase including signing the contract without interaction from anyone is magical. Having a shop window with all my coaching services in a format that is easy for my potential clients to view and with links that can be added to my marketing collateral.
Inconvénients
There is functionality that would be useful and I have fed this back. Receiving a response that they will be added to the development plan was amazing as I know they will be implemented in the future.

I am able to offer a variety of service packages/offerings and market them. I am utilizing the shop page and landing page links to help link folks directly to my services.
Avantages
I like that there is quite a bit of flexibility. You can use it to create packages for online courses, memberships, groups and one-on-one services. People can book with you directly and it will link to your zoom account and personal calendar and generate a meeting link automatically. It also allows you to provide client suveys and contracts before clients gets started with your services.
Inconvénients
Not really any customization in terms of design and style.

So far, so good. I have just loaded the programs and am looking forward to launch (and then I'll have even more to say).
Avantages
I like that Paperbell costs about half of Kartra and delivered what I needed without having to pay for extra features that I was never going to use. Paperbell is simple because it was developed with the consumer in mind, not as a catch-all tool. The simplicity makes set up a breeze (no lengthy learning curve or extra degree or personnel required).
Inconvénients
The "landing" page is overly simplified and can't really compete with contemporary landing pages.

I'm definitely going to purchase the full version! The trial allows for you to have one customer sign up and the entire process. At only $40 it definitely makes sense to use considering the worth of my time.
Avantages
I can upload all course material and control when clients have to access it. I don't have to worry about keeping records or managing payments. It does all that for me
Inconvénients
It wasn't always user-friendly. I'm having a bit of a hard time trying to figure out to customize it a little more.

Avantages
I was up and running in under an hour. I love how easy it was for me as a non techy person to set up.
My favorite features are not only the calendar, booking but how I can create a drip campaign to anyone that purchases a package.
Inconvénients
I recently started to use the group package feature. Would love to be able to manually select a date to do group emails.

It is a fantastic all in one solution for coaches that makes my business run easier, with less headaches for me and my clients!
Avantages
Excellent customer service, ease of use, countless features such as billing, invoicing, selling digital products - and it looks great (and is easy to use for the customer!).
Inconvénients
From the provider end, I would like the scheduling set up to be a little easier to finesse. But really, this is a great product all in all!

All in one time saver!

Avantages
It's an easy platform to learn and use. It was easy to integrate my billing and Zoom accounts. Customer service is responsive to my questions and also suggestions. The best part is that everything is in one place: scheduling, billing, different payment options for my clients, client communication log, session notes, sharing files, etc.
Inconvénients
I'd love to see an option to integrate online course access for my clients. For session notes, instead of one big box of ongoing notes, it would be nice to have separate sections of notes for each session.

I am going to add your vote to the individual session notes. In terms of a course did you know that you can include videos, digital downloads, worksheets or basically any other type of "extra" right alongside your 1:1 or group coaching package? Payment options linked to Stripe, some clients would like to pay cash or checks. Google/apple pay?
