Avantages

Indy une logiciel facile à utiliser, je le souhaite à tous d'en essayer.Son support par chat est très réactif et efficace. Pour les questions plus complexes, ils répondent par e-mail et j'aime beaucoup cela. Pas besoin d'un comptable ! Indy s'occupe de tout !

Inconvénients

Ce logiciel est vraiment cool mais à un coût un peu élevé mais en vaut la peine

Good experience- a good option for freelancers to consider!

Avantages

Easy to invoice, nice reminders when someone has viewed the invoice and left comments, too.

Inconvénients

The cost felt like a bit much on an ongoing basis for a solo freelancer based on what was provided. Hard to get clients on board with using the system. Not every client is going to want to invoice through here, either, which is a challenge I had. I had one client that paid through here, but it felt like one more software to use that I didn't need so I simplified and moved elsewhere.

Great application!

Avantages

I needed a simple interface for contracts and proposals and light contact management. I love that I can host forms, proposals, and contracts all in one place. You also cannot beat the price point for the value!

Inconvénients

It's a newer program so there are some additional features I'd like to see down the road. But the price point is so good and the program itself is so easy to use that I'm willing to wait out for some additional features, like linking forms to contacts.

I like that I can easily manage all my projects and not have to click twenty times to find the status of a project

Inconvénients

I want FULL custom branding. I'm tried of my emails coming from Indy....I don't want my clients to know I use Indy

Impressed with a clear, easy solution for helping create contracts and proposals without all the fuss.

Inconvénients

In the proposals, it only gives you one option for the estimate. I like to give my clients options, so being able to have that field more than once would be amazing.

I needed a simple service to do invoicing, possibly create standard documents to use for new clients, and at some point expand the business.

Avantages

The Indy service has made the invoicing process easier, and provides a variety of ways to get paid. The UI is extremely intuitive, and its priced just right for getting started with a small business.

Inconvénients

All the features are great, even the ones I don't use regularly look appealing. Wish there was a tax recording/filing feature included as well.

Avantages

Im defiantly someone who overthinks and gets easily overwhelmed with "wordy" CRM platforms that requires me to spend too much time figuring how to use them. With Indy I very at ease and comfortable. Everything is minimal and straight to the point.

Inconvénients

I would love to see more templates for emails and automations for things to flow easily. I would like to be able to schedule 1:1 meetings with clients. I also would love to see a Kanban board for task progress. Also a client portal would be awesome !!!!

The product is incredibly user friendly and easy to use, and I can customize different areas (like my time tracking, invoices, and contracts) to be populated with my information.

Inconvénients

So far, I use and enjoy all of the features Indy offers. They work great.

Indy is the best replacement I've ever found so far.

Avantages

I am living in a country where the dollar conversion is really huge. I used HelloBonsai before but I cannot keep up with its pricing. When I found Indy, I can say that this is the most affordable CRM I found. Also, it has the robust features that I love the most and looked for a CRM - creating proposals and contracts, adding contact, creating projects, time tracking, task tracking and file management. They also have a chat feature which I never used but can be an edge to any other CRM out there. For a freelancer/one-person agency, Indy saved my time from client management and organized everything for me.

Inconvénients

I can see that Indy is fairly new in the market. There are things that needs to be improved on such as currency localization. Right now, they only accept USD as currency for invoices. I hope they can globalize in the future. Also, I want to point out about automation. I hope we can add few more automations in the system.

I have had a great experience! It's been the best transition for my business. I think it is some much easier to use than honey book or another invoicing services.

I love that it has so many features! It is such a good price compared to honey book.

Inconvénients

Sometimes it does glitch in the app. I would use the app a lot more if the bugs are fixed

Indy has really helped me learn more about contracts, invoicing, and organization when it comes to managing between my clients and projects. I love it and plan on staying loyal because it has great features for the prices and I really enjoy it so much!

Avantages

I really enjoy the simplicity of Indy, it has everything I need to be able to run my business as a solo freelancer. It gives me that professional edge so that my clients take me seriously as a freelancer.

Inconvénients

I honestly don’t have a negative to say about this software. It has helped me tremendously as I’ve been getting into my freelancing and slowly growing more clientele. I really enjoy it!

I'm obsessed. It's been helping me keep track of which clients haven't paid me (and more importantly how long it's been since they paid me) and how long it takes for my invoices to get paid in general.

Avantages

Indy helps keep track of EVERYTHING. I can login every morning and know what I have to do throughout the day. I have reminders in my email about important tasks and meetings, as well as due dates that are coming up, so I know I'm staying on top of things. I'm just starting out with my business so it's very important to me to be able to deliver for my clients, and Indy has been doing a great job of making sure I don't drop the ball.

Inconvénients

Anything I don't like has been minimal, and is usually something I can take care of on my own. For instance the client management, when sending invoices, forces you to initially address it to a specific client rather than the business that the client/contact works for. It's something I can go in and edit easily though, but it would be nice to be able to put the organization as the client and simply name contacts there without having them become the only point of contact for the organization.

Very happy with the software. It's always a win when you find software that actually works at a pricepoint that makes sense.

Avantages

I absolutely love the contract builder that Indy has. It's easy and intuitive to navigate. Coming from honey book for the past three years, I'm so happy I found Indy, Invoices look great and are easy to generate. the desktop and mobile app are seamless. Very happy with the functinality.

Inconvénients

I wish there was a way to send the contract and invoice together in one email. Maybe there is a way. haven't found it out yet.

We are so thrilled to hear that it is easy to create great-looking contracts and invoices while providing a seamless way to run your business while at home or on the go. Regarding sending 2 items in one email, I have forwarded this feedback to the team for feature consideration. In the meantime, you could create an invoice and share it via a link instead of the email service. Then when you create/send your contact, add the invoice link into the email body for the contract email. When your client receives the email, they'll see the block for the contract and an active link for the invoice. If you reach out to support, I can provide you with a step-by-step tutorial with images. Additionally, if you ever need anything at all, please reach out to us via the in-app support chat button.

My overall experience has been good. The Indy makes tracking your tasks and objectives easy and the ability to add tracked time to invoices is nice. (If you bill by the hour - but you shouldn't)

Avantages

Indy is a great project management toll for a freelancer or small team to track workflow, proposals and invoicing. The invoicing and billing features are great to offer clients a solutions to pay quickly.

Inconvénients

Seems still in development and new features are being released. It feels a little behind some of the other industry software but is taking the time to fix what other solutions are doing wrong.

I love the time tracking feature especially with my retainer clients. Makes accountability and task management a breeze. Ensures I’m accurately paid for time on project. Gives solid evidence when you can attach an itemized listing to your invoices. Love this!

The invoicing is great. The UX is great.

Inconvénients

I wish there was a way to set up all of my DBA business under the same umbrella. That's my biggest problem with it, and when my other business get busier I will have to switch to another company most likely.

I was so thrilled when I found Indy because it offered me more of what I needed for a lower price that what I was previously using. Whenever I experience any issue, the customer service team is always quick to respond and resolve and that is a big plus.

Avantages

I love that Indy offers all of the things I need in one place, without overcomplicating with too many services. The contracts, proposals, and invoices are all simple to use and allow me to keep all of these important documents organized, easily accessible, all while making the process simple for my clients. Another huge plus for me is that Indy does not charge extra for payment transactions (only the fee direct from the payment processor applies). The customer service is also fantastic!

Inconvénients

I have noticed some glitches on the platform at rare times. I also wish that there were a few more formatting and styling options for contracts and proposals, but this is the designer in me!

Avantages

Ease of use mainly for time tracking and invoicing. Having a mobile app also helps quickly add manual time slots which I use a lot. Very competitive pricing compared to alternatives in the market.

Inconvénients

Nothing specific though I would love a very native integration with Wise global account for accepting payments through Indy itself to corresponding currency account. Current options seems limited to me when thinking about global scale.

It's easy to use. Friendly designs, and most of all the customer service is legit! Overall, it's great!

I would suggest to INDY to develop a team feature where I can invite more people or my team to a project I create in INDY.

IndyPro helps me stay organized with task management, billing and invoicing, and contracts and proposals.

Avantages

I chose this software over others because it was affordable and there was a built-in calendar. I can also integrate my Google calendar.

Inconvénients

I wish it also had accounting. I have to use separate software for that.

Avantages

Indy helped me remove a few hours of work each week monitoring time spent with each client, and sending out invoices. Often times I would forget to send out invoices and send invoices at inconsistent time schedules which would be a point of friction for the people I work with.

Inconvénients

The time tracking feature is still a little difficult to use. I don't work on individual "projects" for clients, instead just working maintaining and improving their websites and responding to small updates. It would be nice to be able to track time for an individual client/company vs a project.

Indy is a great solution in that it saves time prospecting clients and signing contracts. It gives you added confidence when signing agreements with larger entities. It's standard practice to just accept a client's contract, with Indy, I can introduce my own, and even if I have to use a client's contract, the language/terms from my contract are always embedded into it. My only wish is that they'd create a yearly subscription.

Avantages

The contract templates are clutch! As someone who regularly contracts with startups, having my own contract in place guarantees my terms of service. I absolutely love the built-in late payment function. Since instituting that into my contracts, I never have to chase down payments and it's just a nice touch.

Inconvénients

Creating SOWs is less intuitive. However, it's not that big of a deal overall.

Love this tool! Easy to use, beautiful, and user friendly on the admin side and on the client side.

Avantages

Easy to use contract drafting tools with relevant templates ans the ability to adjust to your needs. I was able to use it quickly and send the contract to my first client!

Inconvénients

The only thing I didn't like is that once you start editing the contract on your own, you are not able to go back to the other mode.

I had a very positive experience with Indy, I feel like they really know their customers and strive to provide tools for freelancers at affordable prices.

Avantages

I feel like the Indy was made for me, since I needed help with contracts, proposals, and invoicing.
Indy has all these features and many more.

Inconvénients

I really don't have any cons for the team Indy, all features that I need under one roof.
