One of the standout features of ShiftCare is its user-friendly interface. From the very beginning, the software was intuitive to navigate and easy to set up. This is crucial in our industry, where staff members may not have extensive technical backgrounds. The learning curve is minimal, allowing our team to quickly adapt to the platform

Avantages
Availability of tutorials on Facebook as well as a live helpdesk and an FAQ site that answers all questions.
ShiftCare also compiles all the different apps we previously used into one platform.
Gives excellent functionality for the staff side with the mobile app.
Constantly updating the platform and taking on feedback from users to create even better functionality.
Inconvénients
So far we haven't found any issues with ShiftCare.

Inconvénients
App needs a lot more functionality, you can't do much in it at all. Customer service often haven't been able to find solutions to my problems as much as they try and help and are lovely.

The program is easy to use and the support is second to none. They are always available to answer a question or assist with an issue in a timely manner. Great program and would highly recommend.

The functions of ShiftCare allows us to run our business to a high standard, to track /amend shifts, record notes, store data and complete invoicing and payroll.
Inconvénients
Nothing really but a big program with lots of functions to learn.

I am so glad that we found ShiftCare. When we started our home care company, we were very new to the industry. ShiftCare provided us with remarkable customer service right from the very start, helping us feel so much more comfortable as we launched the business.
The team at ShiftCare is diligent with checking in to see how things are going, and is quick to respond to any questions we might have.
Avantages
ShiftCare is incredibly user-friendly. Every aspect of our business that utilizes ShiftCare runs smoothly due to the excellent design, functionality, and customer service.
Inconvénients
I honestly have nothing that I could categorize as the thing I like "least" about ShiftCare. It's all been excellent!

My experience with ShiftCare has been great!
Avantages
I like the mobile access the best! Our staff are out in the community with home care - not at a central office and it is good to know staff are getting to clients on time and are able to upload progress reports, the attendance has improved significantly and staff appreciate seeing their schedule in real-time as well as able to input their unavailability. I also like the feature to repeat the schedule and the choices available. When I had a question about the platform, the response from Shiftcare was quick.
Inconvénients
So far there isn't anything that I do not like

Fairly complex to begin however with live chat , the extensive YouTube library , complementary onboarding session with live chat and screen share and phone service anyone can get use to it.
Avantages
Having live chat support is so handy for those times when you get stuck.
Inconvénients
Fairly expensive for a sole trader but couldn’t survive without it.

Avantages
The scheduler and level of detail able to be added to ShiftCare for both clients and staff is fantastic. Love the price book too!
Inconvénients
When using on a volume scale, it becomes costly quickly. I'd also love to see a chat function integrated dow the track, to allow staff to communicate in team chats about clients etc.

- Automatic address suggestion has USA addresses in there. Just make it Australia-specific.

Avantages
Shiftcare has helped take my small sole trader business and turn it into a medium sized company. It’s easy to use format helps keep me, my team, and our participants / participant representatives organized.
Inconvénients
I wouldn’t recommend for larger businesses. There are certain features lacking from the software, but nothing that interferes with what it’s meant to do. The additional features would just help streamline certain thingsFor example, notifications and email reminders around expiring documentation.Being able to have individual shift specific messages pop up for support team.

The simplicity of ShiftCare is impeccable, our workers have never had issues with using the website or App.
Avantages
ShiftCare is easy to use, easy to understand, easy to manage, easy to use for invoicing, easy to find our clients and employees information when needed.
Inconvénients
We don't feel there is anything that needs to be improved. We have never had any issues with ShiftCare. If we don't know how to do something its very easy to find the solution in the help section. If we still cant find an answer ShiftCare is very easy to navigate to talk to someone about our issue and we have always had a quick reply. We have always had someone help us with our enquiry or fix the problem for us.

I'm relieved that I found ShiftCare; rostering staff can be tricky, however, ShiftCare makes it simple. My staff all enjoy using ShiftCare as it organises tasks and progress notes.
Avantages
It's super easy to navigate and understand for both our administration and support workers.
Inconvénients
Thankfully, we haven't had any problems thus far.

Makes book work and scheduling easier

Scheduling is easier invoicing is great and it integrates well with other software such as xero.

Avantages
What I like most is keeping track of schedules to make it easier for staff to login. If there are shifts needed to be covered there's an option for staff to respond to and makes it easier then contacting staff individually. I especially like the note writing, at the end of shifts a lot easier for staff to write progress notes at the end of each shift allowing them to do before going home.
Inconvénients
Sometimes, it doesn't allow change of addresses.

It addresses everything that is needed for running an NDIS business. Not only does it have the functionality but it has the support to help you navigate the program.
Inconvénients
Nothing at this stage. I have been with Shift care for around 6 months and I'm completely satisfied with results.

Avantages
I like my staff being able to be linked as a team and then they can see each other's notes as well as any documents such as OT or behaviour reports that I have loaded onto shiftcare.
Inconvénients
At first I found it hard to change headings and up load documents but when I had a bit of a read of the help menu I found that it's actually very simple
