Branded, Controlled and Impressive Email Signatures.

Avantages
This system linked with Microsoft 365 is extremely easy to use and upkeep. When we license a new user and they send their first email they pop up in Rocketseeds admin page. We add their details and move them into a branded sender and that's it. For a small company with very little IT support its a great tool. Also the always present and timestamped signatures are an important feature for us to avoid spoofed emails with copied signatures.
Inconvénients
I always hoped that there would be an update to allow the user information in Microsoft 365 to pair with the admin page in Rocketseed. However, this is a simple admin task and hasn't taken away from the product.

Always a great experience dealing with the Rocketseed team and using their products. We always received postive and timeous feedback on any request. Their support and training teams are top notch with great training provided to our team. We would highly recommend Rocketseed to companies looking to brand their email with banners and customer email signatures.
Avantages
Rocketseed makes automating email signatures seamless, with the ability to update emails signatures, email banners, and schedule banner changes for our ecosystem of companies very easy ensuring we get the right messages to our clients quickly and effeciently.
Inconvénients
There are no real cons. Perhaps I would want to change the size of a email banner for some campaigns to larger format designs but its not a deal breaker and the set size has worked for us.

Now that it is setup. It's running optimally and is easy to implement campaigns.
Avantages
We are able to manage staff signatures centrally. This gives us control to what is showing from staff signatures. Another good thing is that we reach a lot of audience through sent emails from staff. We can also track the performance for each banner.
Inconvénients
It was a challenge when setting up. Our IT team weren't much knowledgeable about the solution. Also, our staff data wasn't ready for the solution configuration. This created a lot of work before we could implement.

It's been great from the start. Not only the product but the team has proven to go the extra mile at every opportunity. Almost the opposite of any other tech company I buy services from who usually direct you to an FAQ or a chatbot. Every time I've needed Rocketseed, a human has picked up the phone and helped.
Avantages
For me there are two key things: the ability to make every email work as a brand reinforcement tool, as well as how easy it now is for people to convert from just seeing the brand to interacting with it through either the banners or signatures. It looks good, and professional and drives engagement better than many of my other marketing channels.
Inconvénients
I'm yet to find a con. Most of the issues I've faced have been related to the email platform I'm on, and Rocketseed has been able to find a solution every time. If only Google and Microsoft were as responsive!

Its been phenomenal to use this product. The ease of implementation and the fact that you can market your campaigns and have clear visibility on the impressions and clicks from the email recipients is amazing.

Avantages
Rocketseed proposed a solution that would create a simplified process allowing our marketing team to create and update email signatures without using HTML. This created an easy process that included email banners that could be personalized and added to specific divisions within our organization. Our team appreciates the flexibility of altering email signatures with ease, managing email signatures is not a main concern we confront.
Inconvénients
The only difficulties that we've had is implementing the tool for several different kinds of signatures for our very specific business. We figured it out but it took additional time to come up with the templates and implement them. Additionally, training around not having any signature in your email when you create it, was somewhat confusing for our teams.

Our experience with RocketSeed has been amazing. Everything from sales, implementation, account management, and technical support have been outstanding. One of my favorite things (being in IT) is that they listen to feedback and actually implement feature requests. RocketSeed's email signatures and banners now rank as our third highest website traffic generator and has become an integral part of our marketing stratedgy.
Avantages
RocketSeed has been very reliable, and we have not experienced any downtime. We were able to utilize Gsync to pull in our user directory from Google reducing our on-going maintenance. The signature designer and HTML editor are simple to use for both our IT and Marketing teams. It has the ability to schedule banners and signatures to automatically run within certain timelines. They have great report generators which give us insight into our campaigns. It also integrates with Google Analytics to generate even more insight.
Inconvénients
RocketSeed's documentation is lacking, but their support team makes up for it. The signature design preview on the site is not always 100% accurate, so it's best to test the signature using a variety of email clients to ensure it renders how you want.
Pourquoi passer à Rocketseed Email Signatures
It was a close call between RocketSeed and Exclaimer, in the end we went with RocketSeed because they were able to implement custom font's in our signature where as Exclaimer is limited to what they provide. OpenSense was also a consideration, but at the time did not have a great signature editor. Sigstr was decent, but is actually just built on top of the OpenSense platform which raised concerns about support capabilities.Réponse de Rocketseed

Changing over to Rocketseed has been great. We are able to present a uniform look to our clients. We are able to share important information to our clients instantly through every email we send out. We are able to add/ remove users how people join or leave the company, without struggle. Rocketseed's employees have been a huge help with any questions and/or changes requested.
Avantages
I like the fact that the email signatures were easy to implement into our company and gave our company a uniform look while communicating internally and externally. The signatures were easy to set up, customize and change, should it be required. The clickable links on the signature is a great addition, that boosts marketing for the company.
Inconvénients
The only con could be that you cannot add graphics behind text on the signature. However, it is not a huge problem at all.

Visually appealing w/ a simple yet captivating design. Interactivity w/ the sales/custer service person is a great as I'm not knowledgeable with this technology. Excellent customer service.
Inconvénients
The initial implementation stage was challenging as there was a delay in getting it set up. I believe I should have been given more options than what was provided.

Our experience has been really positive. Our Account Manager is responsive and always answers our questions. If she can't answer them herself, she gets the info from the relevant team and gets back to us.
Avantages
Rocketseed excels in transforming mundane email signatures into powerful marketing tools. The platform provides a user-friendly interface to design and implement professional email signatures that not only convey a polished image but also serve as an additional channel for brand promotion. This feature played a crucial role in elevating our corporate identity and fostering brand consistency across all communications.
We love the ability to send different email signature campaigns from various departments. For example, Sales send out a product promotion banner, whilst our Training team send out a banner linked to our User Guides.
Inconvénients
The price is higher than other providers, such as CodeTwo. However, as long as the service levels remain high I think it is justified.

The Rocketseed platform is glitchy and it does not work when you want to generate a report. It's somewhat challenging (at least for the lay person) to understand the reporting/metrics/analytics and optimize based off of these.

Rocketseed support will do most have the setup and help configure it the way you need it setup. They are constantly working on new features and for Office 365 released a app to update the sent items for Outlook
Less than half the cost of their competitor
Inconvénients
Sent Items Update is in Beta, would like to see some sort of mobile sent items update feature for Office 365, however I understand this is in the works with Microsoft

My overall experince has been very positive. Prior to subscribing to this software, I met with several individuals that walked me through what the process would look like and provided several "test" signatures and banners so we could view in real time-really help cement our decision.
[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been my point of contact and has been absolutely wonderful to work with-responsive, helpful and very patient-the most important aspect for me is the sense of urgency Ion the part of rocketseed.
Avantages
Love the branding aspect of the products. Our staff sends out hundreds of emails everyday and this keeps up top of mind and allows us to deliver timely notice of events.
Inconvénients
Creating new banners and new signatures on my own. I know this is my issue so not sure what can be done to solve this. Bottom line-we love this product!

Avantages
It looks very professional on all platform and is so much better than any of the others I have looked at. My [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] assures me that the new admin site is very easy to use. The biggest plus however is the customer support. Excellent.
Inconvénients
The old admin site was a bit clunky- but the new one has sorted all of that out
