I like the way it tracks every activity I perform. My days are hectic and I often need to shift between projects. With timeBro I am able to reconstruct an intense day of work and keep time management under control.

Maybe the reporting features could be improved.

I'm teamwork user and timebro helps me to upload times to this platform. The timeline helps me to track my time accordly.

I think the price is very expensive. I pay less for my teamwork license than for timebro. Teamwork gives me all the features needed to manage my project and with Timebro I only upload times to teamwork.

The tracking of all MS Office software activities is remarkable. And glad Spotify or Itunes is ignored.

Like a feature to be able to copy projects. Most project have the same activities. And a a consultant I have multiple projects monthly. Takes time to create a new project which only the customers name difference.

Throughout my 20 year career in the industry, I have always struggled with timesheets. They always seem to get forgotten, and it's difficult to back track. With TimeBro I can forget about this as it does all the hard work for me. I can leave my time sheets for a week or two and I can still easily track my time, to ensure that I can charge precisely and honestly with my clients.

Can't think of any cons, maybe the Asana integration can be a bit confusing and temperamental

I tried several time-tracking apps since I am a freelancer, but nothing compare to timeBro. It's exactly what I need: it automatic, you don't have to think about starting the timer (and obviously forgetting it), and it tracks your online AND offline time. I really like the fact that you can have different levels of tracking and that it records which file you are currently working on. Since I've used it, I really get a grasp on my time spent of different projects.

In the beginning I found it a bit hard to use but the tutorials really helped me.

You can set it so it launches at start up, then it starts tracking your activities. You basically don’t have to worry about anything else. You can set up time buckets/activities so you can better track your time and assign each time slot to an activity.

Time buckets are not synced between devices using the same TimeBro account (I.e. desktop computer and laptop, I have to create the same buckets twice).

Ease of used, accuracy and correct details.

Ich arbeite am Tag an 10 verschiedenen Projekten, häufig auch nur 5min. Vorher musste ich immer meine Zeiterfassungs-App öffnen, starten, dran denken, sie wieder zu beenden. Neues Projekt auswählen, neu starten, beenden und so weiter und sofort. Das vergisst man leider hin und wieder. Timebro läuft im Hintergrund und ich kann später sehr genau die verschiedenen Arbeiten den verschiedenen Projekten zuweisen.

Integrationen mit Rechnungsprogrammen, sodass ich schnell und einfach die Rechnungen am Ende des Monats schreiben kann.

The combination automatic activity tracking with the ability to easily and quickly record billed time is fantastic. It allows me to spend less time billing each month and allows me to capture more billable hours.

The capacity to edit time entry properties (e.g. changing the billed rate from the default) use improvement. Depending on what kind of edits are needed, going into the billing software to edit the time entry is sometimes necessary.

Helps me keep track of what I've been working on so I can accurately bill my clients. Time is not actually tracked online so it's kept private.

I wish that you could create rules so some things were categorized automatically. I also wish it would total the time by task monthly, weekly, or a custom time frame instead of just daily.

Keeps good track of the program's I've been using, with names of the documents, name of websites I've visited, emails I've spent some time on responding with recepients details.

Sometimes activitities are bundled to much, so you need to look further for details.

Project setup is very flexible, Times & project export in Excel, Memory aid view

Reviewing the times and assigning to projects takes quite some time for a 8h work day. I need to open almost each memory aid entry to correlate to a project/task. Lacks some features that could make assignment even easier.

Easy and flexible to use. For example : i can use my icalendar for the meetings a know in advance. Beside this i can add everything i did in between. It used to take ours to recall everything i did. If i didn't find the info i would leave it blank. By that i would lose a lot of worked ours. TimeBro helps me to fill in the blanks ! Easy and quick...

I'm not able to find a thing ... If i really have to say a thing : it would be helpful to see more information of the websurfing. With the current info it's not always clear on which project i was working.

Timebro is easy to use, within 5 minutes of installing it I was using it and understood the features and navigation. This has helped me track both billable and non billable hours as a freelancer. I highly reccomend Timebro.

My only complaint is I once stopped the software from tracking by mistake. Perhaps you can add a pop up stating are you sure you want to turn time tracking off?

I liked that it just runs in the background and has the comparison against calendars and what software or apps you are using.

I don't like that emails are lumped together. Since I jump from project to project when handling emails. So I have to make assumptions. I also do not like that it does not track time on your phone so that calls and other tasks can be managed appropriately including drive time. It just says "offline".

It allows me to keep track of my work done which is extremely useful when doing freelance/consultancy work

You have to set up projects to track time and can’t just do it without a project assigned

Incredibly easy to use, takes away so much headache trying to remember what hours and projects I worked don when, and very user friendly.

Would you all be able to integrate with Mavenlink?

TimeBro fills the in the gaps with supplemental information and helps me to stay on top of my finances.

I don't love the name :) But the software itself is amazing.

TimeBro is really easy to use: simple and intuitive

For my use, the cost is a bit high. However, I'm not giving it up because it has really helped me a lot, it simplifies my work.
