De plus, j'ai particulièrement apprécié la flexibilité du système qui permet de personnaliser les formulaires de suivi de la maintenance, ainsi que la possibilité de visualiser les données d'analyse en temps réel pour améliorer la prise de décision. En résumé, l'interface utilisateur conviviale et la flexibilité du système sont les aspects les plus appréciables de Limble CMMS.

Bien que Limble CMMS offre une grande variété de fonctionnalités utiles, j'ai trouvé que certaines d'entre elles manquaient de flexibilité et étaient moins personnalisables que d'autres. Par exemple, le module de planification peut être un peu rigide, ce qui peut rendre difficile la gestion des opérations de maintenance complexes. De plus, le prix du système peut être un peu élevé pour les petites entreprises ou les organisations ayant des budgets limités. En somme, le manque de flexibilité dans certains modules et le coût élevé peuvent être considérés comme des inconvénients de Limble CMMS.

I like the accessibility with Limble. I can use it from my computer, tablet or phone. I can have access while at the project site to look up parts, history or all sorts of information related to the project.

The search engine can be very specific. If you don't know exactly how something is listed in the database it can be hard to find quickly.

Limble was a very intuitive system to navigate initially, making it very easy for us to set up this CMMS very quickly and integrate it into our current practices. Limble also has a very dynamic custom dashboard section allowing you to completely customise the visual characteristics of your experience

Helps keep PM's on schedule, machine breakdowns to a minimum, and production downtime levels low.

The way you have to close out work orders is very time consuming

Very simple to use. The ability to create a tasked list makes it easy prevent steps from being missed.

There have been a couple of features that would be nice to add. The Limble team is very good at addressing them with entering requests for future development.

Easy to keep track of projects and PM’s. Helps keep track of time and daily progress

Some of the initial set up is time consuming, but once that’s done it’s good

Limble makes it easier to submit service tickets for the production floor. It is much more user friendly than what we were using before.

I have not been using it long enough to have any criticisms yet. So far so good.

What drew me in, personally, was the real time notifications. The previous CMMS we used was the same cost, and yet, not efficient at all. As the production controller, this feature saves the team and I a ton of time.
Also, [sensitive content hidden] , our Limble CSM, was very helpful in getting us setup. Very knowledgeable and made the transfer so easy. She has been a delight to work with.

This is hard because,
1. I have only been using Limble for about 2 months and there are still a lot of areas I have yet to dive into.
2. Everything has been so simple. From our CSM, [sensitive content hidden] , to transfer and operation, SO FAR, I have only positive remarks to say.

The systems ability to be manipulated to fit my needs

Not being able to choose more than one user at a time to record hours

I really love the fact that there is a history of all work done with the photo attachments.

I don't like that I'm unable to add photos to the purchase orders.
I would love to see the history of push notifications that I send out.

Limbel is user friendly, and very easy to navigate. Limble gives you options to track our preventive maintenance program to another level. Capability is saving history, tracking assets, custom dashboards to specific users, Limbel allows you to build how you want to track you preventive program, data collecting to your own liking.

I do, believe having more options to customize your inventory field, tracking PO systems, Columns choices to specific vendors on created work orders can improve, Limbel. a flow to preventive maintenance is key and work order to purchasing management is key. To be an outstanding program having the ability to navigate and flow to each section is key.

I is a easy to use platform that merges all the cashflow (Parts, time and human resources) and links it to assets thought the plant.

I have had issues only with specific tasks types but it was resolved promptly by our limble executive, somethings I do not like is that some actions require double clicks, like -edit-change date and have to click a change date button and a finish editing button too if you don't do this date will not change. Or when viewing overdue tasks I cant change due dates for multiple tasks at once. Also some filters for lists especially when looking at overdue tasks, the filter for due date doesn't give you a lot of personalization options. Again little things that would do my life easier

Limble has so many features and has extensive free training available to teach you how to set things up for your facility.

Limble has left me with nothing to want for because it already hits all the high notes for me!
