There were also occasional glitches or slow performance, especially when handling large lists of connections, which sometimes disrupted the workflow. Lastly, customer support, though responsive, could benefit from faster resolution times for more complex technical issues.

Linked Helper 2 is a fantastic tool. The interface works well, though a more modern design could make it even easier to use. For beginners, there might be a slight learning curve, but with a bit of time, the platform becomes intuitive and very efficient. Occasionally, it might slow down when handling large volumes, but these moments are rare and don’t significantly impact the workflow. Overall, it's a very reliable and valuable tool!

I really like how once you set it up you can just leave it running in the background. Very useful.

The fact that it's continue updated when needed (Linkedin changes a-lot), it works perfect, I can add extra functions by using simple template forms, highly customized by my own wishes.

I would like functionality like automatically send Birthday messages to my contacts (so using a parameter from Linkedin so it triggers LH2)

Since I work with B2B sales on LinkedIn, I had already used other automation programs, but none were as effective and fast as Linked Helper.
In addition to being complete, having customizable campaigns and being easy to use, and when necessary, the customer service is incredible and has always answered all my questions quickly and clearly.

You can't reply to inbox messages directly from the app, you have to reply on the website

Its ease of use - its is very intuitive and efficient.
I also feel that the cost against savings on advertising is great.

The Support Service is on another level. The speed and precision they help with anything regarding their software or LinkedIn, amazing and the way the software works, truly excelent.

That you cannot run 2 campaigns at the same time on one license but it´s not that I like it least but it´s no issue.

I liked most the full automated campaigns which have any need from my side
plus the many support channels for the fast response and the high know loge the support team has

Being not cloud base meaning I have to leave my computer on all the time to let campaigns continue work

What I like the most is the extensive functionality when launching campaigns.

Sometimes the processes don't seem very straightforward, and it's necessary to contact technical support.

Bulk collecting hundreds of leads into an account that you can just setup and let run. No need to worry about anything else. Moreover, their support is next level - responding literally within minutes (I'm contacting their support team on WhatsApp on regular basis when I need help)

There is mothing in particular. Though It would be great and more convenient if it was on cloud, so me and my colleagues didn't need to import/export data and send it to each other whenever we needed to make updates.

Maybe it took me time to understand the in's and out's of it, but the great news is the customer service is quick to answer and the knowledge base is very easy to understand.
