I like the flexible payment options that they offer at a 0% Apr. I also like the fact that, for every dollar spent with Afterpay it becomes your permanent credit line. It’s easy to use & it offers a simplified checkout process.

I don’t like fact that, the (in store merchants) which means you have to click the link on their website to get the Afterpay option that they are displaying on their platform does not work. For example, Amazon does not accept Afterpay but it’s on their platform as if they do. I’ve tried several times & it never works.

Afterpay is mostly used by younger generation, it allows us to offer a payment solution that our customer target would appreciate by having multi payment terms

A direct integration with Shopify would be great, but probably won’t ever happen since Shopify has similar services

I like that AfterPay is user-friendly inside the app when shopping and looking for stores. Putting all their available stores in categories makes it easy to navigate through and there is a variety of stores. Anyone can find a store to shop at. I like that they offer in-app and in-store options and I like that they have a rewards program.

The speed of the app when going from store to store or category to category can improve. It is way too slow and very frustrating. I get impatient most of the time I am in the app and start clicking everywhere because nothing is happening and when it finally wants to wake up and go it clicks me everywhere I clicked except for the intended location. That is my only complaint about this softwarde.

Afterpay Software verifies the Consumers Identity by requesting that It send a four digit code to your phone. After doing so It runs a soft credit check and sends an email and text stating the amount the Consumer is approved for. Your information is stored with the particular consumer for days. Consumers may open more than one Afterpay loan at a time. Afterpay does not report to credit bureaus unless the consumer fails to pay the bill. Afterpay offers options with many Businesses to choose between 3 month, 6 month, 12 month, 18 month or 24 month payment plans each increasing the specific unchanging interest rate a fair amount depending upon the amount of months. One may choose to pay off the debt sooner to alleviate interest.

Consumers are not always given the option of how many payments to set up.

there needs to be a buy now quick checkout button for shopify. I am constantly having to tell customers how to find the afterpay gateway.

1. I use this app especially paying out for clothing or other stuffin malls/shops without giving any upfront payment.
2. Great installment options.
3. Great deals for app customers.
4. Give points to app customers in which they can extend their payment dates, no upfront payment on shopping.
5. Digital card which you can save in your wallet and use for payments.
6. Your card details, payments will be protected from scammers.

I did not find any problem while using app.

The integration to Shopify was easy and the affiliate traffic is helpful.

Customers often get confused on how to check out using Afterpay (via our Shopify powered site).

I love everything about Afterpay. It's a great software with a huge shopping base. Have never had any issues and I love shopping at the palm of my hand.

At first I didn't like that my shopping was limited. That has absolutely changed since they have expanded their shopping base.

Any opportunity to increase conversions is attractive, and there are many processors now using the "pay in 4" model. Give another point to get the sale is great.

They're customer service is atrocious. I Changed the theme of my website template and needed them to update as well, so every product reflected the installments in pay in four. Helped conversions really nicely. I emailed them about it, they never responded. I transitioned to PayPal Pay in Four reluctantly, but it was sort of forced upon us with the lack of response.

It’s easy to access and manage using the app and the ppl are very nice when it comes to contacting them

This service allows our customers to pay overtime, with no extra charges to the customer. And it is really easy to set up on our backend

The backend reporting could be improved. There is not an easy summary report for me to look at month over month.

The fees are larger than I'd like for them to be and sometimes we have issues with customers saying they didn't receive their refund when we processed it on our end.

The dashboard doesn't give much information, like when deposits were sent and when they will be arriving to the bank.

I love that customers can pay in installments without having to have good credit or a credit check. This really helps start-up businesses get the products they need.

It is really difficult to understand the deposit amounts and schedules. It doesn't show the deposit amounts and which orders they're from. This feature could be a lot more user-friendly. I waste a lot of time figuring and calculating.

There is nothing about it that I don't like. It works better than I expected.

I love that afterpay integrates seamlessly into my website. It's a great way to incentivize buyers to make a purchase when they can easily see what their monthly payments will be. All I really had to do was set up an account and then they handle the rest.

The back end of Afterpay could be more robust with analytics and it's a little confusing to navigate.

The report for reconciliation can be more descriptive than just excel lines, as well as payout can be quicker.
