I like that AfterPay is user-friendly inside the app when shopping and looking for stores. Putting all their available stores in categories makes it easy to navigate through and there is a variety of stores. Anyone can find a store to shop at. I like that they offer in-app and in-store options and I like that they have a rewards program.

The speed of the app when going from store to store or category to category can improve. It is way too slow and very frustrating. I get impatient most of the time I am in the app and start clicking everywhere because nothing is happening and when it finally wants to wake up and go it clicks me everywhere I clicked except for the intended location. That is my only complaint about this softwarde.

I like it because it is so convenient. It is a fast and secure way to purchase goods. It allows you the time needed in your budget to procure the goods you need immediately without putting a strain on your account.

I have had no problems thus far with afterpay. They clearly state and update you about your payment plan.

I like that you can accept payments in installments it through a third-party vendor. I also like that you can pay them off early.

I don't have anything that I do not like about afterpay.

I owed only $12.96. Then my bank account was hacked. Successfully paid the balance and still blocked me from future use. DO NOT USE THIS EVER!!

Nothing. I likes absolutely nothing about this company so far.

There is no customer service. You reach out to speak to someone and it’s a robotic response. No customer service number to talk to anyone just weeks and weeks waiting on some kind of response and still nothing. It’s absolutely ridiculous!

Didn't get a chance to use it as they denied my application after they let me get it all set up.

After applying on-line I received an email directing me through the process to set up the service on my website, which I did successfully and received another message saying it was ready to use. Then I received an email from customer service to say my application was rejected because my average shop item costs over $2000. They do not provide any info. about these restrictions anywhere on the website and I wasted my time setting up the service under the impression that I was already approved. Be very careful when setting up this service and don't waste your time doing anything until you get confirmation of account approval from customers service.

The range of different businesses on Afterpay and that they are constantly being updated and new ones added to the list.

it is difficult to remove old payment details from the App, late fees occur even after contacting customer support.

afterpay provides a simple way of purchasing items online on credit, allowing you to pay for items in installments and without interest which has come in handy many times. it is secure and simple, and the app is very organized and easy to navigate

I do not have anything i like least about this software, it is extremely helpful and keeps all information secure.

I love being able to pay over time. Afterpay has been a lifesaver for me and my budget. It is a wonderful tool for purchasing power!

I can't think of anything I dislike about this. It has been the perfect alternative to using credit cards for me!

Afterpay is a worry free buy now pay later app that can be used online or in store to split large purchases into four or six biweekly or monthly payments.

I love that you see the benefits of making on time payments over time as the app is utilized. When I first started using Afterpay I only had $500 to spend and now I am able to spend well above that if I want, just because I make on time payments.

I wish I could pre-set automatic payments for other lengths of times. For instance, I use my Afterpay primarily to purchase pet supplies and cosmetic products, I go in each week and schedule early payments because the app won't let me schedule them for auto pay at other intervals, more specifically weekly.

Afterpay gives me time to pay for things I couldn't buy at once. I love it

I don't necessarily agree with the late fee charge in the amount of time but besides that its great!

The range of stores that accept afterpay makes them my go to buy now, pay later platform to use. It is easy to set up and the option to change payment date, incase you cant afford the upcoming payment date is a plus.

I have used afterpay for over 2 years and I haven't had any issues with using the platform.

I’m able to offer Afterpay on my website and I think it’s a great tool to be able to have. I like being able to give my customers the option to split up payments. So far I have not had any issues for orders that have used Afterpay

The only complaint I have about Afterpay is the processing fee is higher than the regular processing fee

I tried several different debit/credit cards which normally work fine, they accept none of them for their payment. I offered to pay with a check or ach. They dont respond and still want to charge a late payment fee. Impossible to communicate with them through their website.

Afterpay allows you to make purchases and allows you to make payments in installments.

I had fraud on my debit card which needed to be replaced, since I did not have an updated card at the time pf payment, they lowered my credit due to this.

Once I got familiar with after it was easy to use. I would recommend to anyone.

It just took a minute to get familiar but after that i haven't really had any issues with afterpay.

It allows me to get a product now and worry about paying later. I'm able to schedule payment amounts and manage my money.
