Faster service for customers, easy to use system for new employees, lots of capabilities. Just feel its very expensive.
I am very familiar with it, easy customisable to what we require hear the functions centre. The back of house build is very easy to use.
You are not given a book or link to something to help out with questions that you have. You always have to wring through to support for questions which you feel could be answered through a guide. The guide we were given to start with helps a little but theres many things that do not appear that I believe could be in a self help guide. Also the resetting and downloading of the tills should be quicker.
