The features they offer are easy to understand and easy to get people up to speed on. Some of the features (i.e. the portals) give you the ability to explore some very interesting use cases. Customer support has also been great. Getting all of our content into Dash was also a breeze. > > **Inconvénients**: The auto-tagging is not great, and the overall search features they have to offer leave something to be desired. Although we've had the platform for a number of months we're still sorting through the thousands of photos we had previously and making sure they are tagged correctly in the system. It is an easy tool to share images with external clients, as well as direct links when linking to people within the business that have a login. > > **Inconvénients**: It definitely requires some thought on how you want to get your system working for you, so don't rush into making those decisions. If you start adding in another field after you've loaded images in, you'll have to go back and add data to that field manually.
