10 out of 10. I can't say enough good things about Greenback.

Avantages

Greenback has been a huge help for our E-commerce clients. It's unbelievable. Software improvements are fantastic and customer services is great.

Inconvénients

I'd love to see it keep growing. The better it gets, the easier our lives are helping clients.

Customer Service is Excellent

This is the best system by far to link Etsy to an accounting system, in order to show correctly the sales and fees of each transaction. The Customer service, training and online videos are idiot proof (I can do it!).

Avantages

Was the only way to account for Etsy correctly. Customer service is second to none.

Inconvénients

Etsy don't automatically show VAT, and there was no way to amend this yourself.

A fantastic piece of software that saves so much time

Very good software. If you need it for expenses from Amazon, Home Depot, etc., do it. Just do it. It saves so much time.

Avantages

Greenback scrapes the orders of the apps / websites it integrates with. It is insanely easy to export expenses from Greenback into QuickBooks and does so almost flawlessly. Every once in a while, an expense may have a hiccup, but it’s super easy to fix in QuickBooks.

The support is fantastic.

The app auto syncs about once a week which is okay.

Super cheap $15 monthly subscription.

The pros section of my review will be short because it does what it says it does; however, there are a few quirks.

Inconvénients

Greenback is not able to handle lots of sales on any integration. You’ll find that it just stops importing after about 100 sales or line items. For me, this is where alternative platforms that aggregate sales into journal entries shine (A2X, LinkMyBooks, etc)

Another con is that there isn’t a FedEx or UPS integration. If there was, this software would be on another level.

I also wish there was a way to increase the amount of times greenback syncs expenses per week automatically.

The UI on the left side of the screen is kinda wonky, but you’ll eventually get used to it.
