They offer support but I do no recall using it. The system just works. Despite following all the prescribed steps, providing the information asked , if they only looked at ALL my attached documentation. they would find their answer. Nope they just cancelled the request and mark ticket resolved. This went from Dec 2023 when I started this initiative and ended mid Mar 2024 when I decided enough.
