When set higher than the real price, it does not allow you to list the product. I learned that you can increase the potential loses when setting the order prices. which is workaround mechanism but not perfect. They should have and override button that allows you to correct the number passed to the system. Also something that I did not like was the price of the automation feature.. If you want to use automation, you have to pay 5% of your sales... which is horrible. Imaging if you make a $100 sale to earn $10 , you will need to paid 5% of your sale, that means $5 dollar... That is crazy\! Now if the 5% is on the profit...then it would be 5% of $10 that is $0.50 which it will be ok. But 5% of the sale is crazy and big NO NO.. I thing this policy must be revised. They should know that other software companies offer the same automation for free. Can anyone confirm if I understood it correcly? So I guest that I will use the manual approach. > > So far so good. The platform has been created to automate orders though most of the times something is wrong and you have to go through it manually. The monthly fee is too expensive. Many times the platform is down and it crashes all over and you cannot work properly. Though working with it, I can assure you it did cost me more by the end of the day as of its structure. When I asked the way to disable/delete my account I have been offered by Angelos (the only one who really helped me with my issues and gave me real solutions) 15% discount on my monthly fees for the next three months which I even paid more.
