Just started using this tool and i am absolutely blown away! For the last 2 weeks I've been trying to find a decent software to send cold email out with and have come up with no luck until i found this software in a forum!

The amount of features this software has is crazy and i couldn't be happier with my purchase!

at the moment I honestly have nothing bad to say about the product... it has met all my standards and plus some for the amount of money i paid

Handles email sequences well. Very customisable timing of when the emails are sent, how often and how far apart.

I didn't use it for a few weeks and it 'forgot' about the last sequence I used so I had to recreate it. Might have been my error, but it works fine when I use the product regularly.

I love how easy it is to connect a contact list using Google Docs.

Gmail has spam prevention meausres and slows down your sending when you have a list of thousands.

Affordable, relatively easy to set up, integrates with Gmail.

I had an old email list so I used their "Verify emails before sending" option and sent an email to just 90 people on the list. All 90 emails went out (i.e. their "verifier" found no issues with the emails) but 30 of them bounced back. Prior to sending the email, I tested it with their spam solver and the email got into something like 13 out of 15 test inboxes. After sending the email, it now goes into 13 of 15 spam boxes. Long story short, their email verifier doesn't work and using GMass to send just 90 emails has changed my email reputation from good to spammer. On top of that, they won't give me a refund, although that's inconsequential compared to the damage done to my sender reputation.

It's so easy that even James Bond can use it! Emails look authentic and look like you wrote them rather than a bulk sender.

Gmass is essential for me to managing and personalized email and also for a mass email sender. I can schedule the mass email sending to automatic and set the time for a week worth. The contact list management is also quite good and i can delete the redundant contact list and also the contact list that are not active anymore.

User will need to spend some time to learn all the feature and tools within the software, as it will quite confusing to use for a novice user. I would like to see a more extend report for the email that are sent so we can have a better analytics information on the campaign performance.

Being a non technical person I would say GMass is the perfect solutions for my needs. The things that helped me a lot were Follow-ups and Personalization. Earlier I used other platforms for my emails sequences, but they were complicated and many of them would end up in either Promotional or Spam. My work usually requires me to send around 350-400 emails a day and thankfully with Gmass the open rates have increased significantly, which resulted in a lot of clients for my business.

Everything is fine, but if I had to change somethin it would be that when I save my email in the draft the follow ups disappear and I have create the follow ups again.

Schedule Sends let us space out our sends so that we don't bombard our recipients, and Key Email Campaign Reports provide insightful data on the effectiveness of our campaigns. The Email Outreach and Promotions capabilities make it simple to get in touch with fresh leads and clients. GMass's feature guarantees that our emails always appear polished when sent as cold emails.

Although the user interface isn't the easiest to use, if you have a little patience, I promise you'll get one of the most powerful features for the greatest price.

Gmass has some amazing features, such as:

1) Easy to program and control auto follow ups. These follow ups go out based on lack of response from receiver and you can set date intervals for sending.

2) GMass links up with google sheets for easy access to emails lists. You can build a list within google sheets and then transfer contact information, and email scripts unique to each contact. It appears to each contact that you are sending the email just to them, but in actuality you are sending emails with one click.

3) Very few errors and well managed. I've only seen a few emails go out that were obviously not synced up correctly. Anytime this happens it's obviously not good, but its very infrequent.

GMass is almost 100% perfect at what it does, but here are a few drawbacks:

1) it takes a while to become familiar with the controls and layout as it's not super intuitive. The learning curve can be overwhelming for newbies

2) It tried to organize emails and drafts into folders to reduce clutter on gmail, but if you have GMass installed you will have a cluttered inbox. Hard to avoid unfortunately.

I have been utilizing the GMass tool for over five years, and it has proven to be a valuable asset for sending mass emails through our Gmail account. Despite these limitations, I would like to give five stars to the exceptional external support team that has been very helpful in addressing my queries and concerns.

I have encountered some issues, such as emails landing in spam when sent through Sendgrid and follow-ups not being sent at the scheduled time. We cannot customize the followup emails and can insert attributes in the email

I cannot even begin to explain how much I love this software. I need to send out personalized emails for marketing all the time and Gmass is the best way to do this. I love the ease of use for Gmass.

Easy to use. I love how easy it is to use Gmass.

It allows us to send bulk emails and track them. Especially in sales, we are using a tracking feature to see how the prospects are receiving and when the email is opened more.

More detailed information or the dashboard would have been given to study the prospect's behavior or to measure marketing performance.

It lets you send personalized emails (mail merged from contact lists in Google Sheets) via Gmail, up to 2000 contacts/day for trusted G Suite users. Gmail has much higher deliverability than email marketing platforms, which translates into higher open rates.

A lesser known useful feature of Gmass: you can also set up and send a drip nurturing email sequence to prospects and automatically stop it for any prospect based on their behavior (opened a link, replied to the email, etc.). This essentially works the same way as more expensive outreach automation tools, only there is a deeper learning curve with Gmass because you have to set up everything via its interface directly inside Gmail.

It would be helpful to have the most up-to-date email open, click, unsubscribe and bounce metrics integrated with the Google Sheets of contacts the email was sent to. Instead of receiving email updates with these metrics.

Live report system is a special feature to it. It even enables us to see how many recipients open the email, click the links etc. It is an outstanding add on ever made by Google.

I have been using gmass with out any issues from last 2 years.Its seemless integration and user friendly experience made Gmass as my secret weapon for mass emailing for my every day campaigns.Its personalization is a breather for any marketer.

Opens tracking in the side folders is a awesome feature which gmass have unfortunately removing this created issue for me as i am unable to do real time tracking of the same
