> **Avantages**: I was impressed by the functionality and features offered by Bsport. The platform seemed to have great potential to support my business needs.

However, I did notice from the start that the salesperson was quite pushy, which in hindsight was a warning sign I should have paid more attention to.

> **Inconvénients**: The strong commercial focus, the lack of understanding, and the poor listening to who we are as a company—both in conversations and in email communication. They consistently failed to acknowledge their mistakes and showed no willingness to resolve issues.
> 
> The app wasn’t even live yet, but multiple emails were already sent to my customers without my permission. This is very unprofessional. When I raised this issue, their response was dismissive, as if it didn’t matter.

Since then, they seem to be focused only on collecting money and do not honor agreements, such as a promised compensation. They come across as very commercial and customer-unfriendly, hard to reach, and once they have the payment, they stop communicating.

I would advise others to think carefully before working with Bsport.
