Definitely worth trying!
We have been using PayFacile for over 12 months now and extremely satisfied with the level of service that they offer. We live and work in France, dealing predominantly with English clients, but French also. The customer representative has always been very pro-active and quickly replied to correspondence, working to update any issues to create a better functioning experience for us (and the PayFacile system). It's very useful to be able to use English and French for the operating system and customer support. We have a large number of clients, so to use an automated card debiting system as an extremely useful way to cut down admin, definitely worth trying!

Generally, there are no major complaints, any issues we have had have been resolved through communication with the customer representative or another staff member.
