Avantages
Excellent software with tools and professional functions that facilitate the work of our entire marketing strategy. What I like the most about episerver are the recommendations and support that it provides us with its reports and metadata obtained over the years to optimize our electronic commerce, campaigns and digital content.
Inconvénients
Digital Experience Cloud has many functions, which makes it a little difficult to use, sometimes the software takes a few minutes to load.

Great option if you have the in-house resources to build around

Avantages
Episerver is a powerful software with a lot of potential. The fact that you can create custom content based on different customer groups makes it very appealing to businesses with multiple customer personas.
Inconvénients
The software is really expensive. There's not much out of the box, you have to build virtually all the features. So unless you have a strong C++ developer team, it will be difficult to use it to its full potential.

This system has a lot of features that can help make your life easier. The customer service from episerver is phenomenal as well.
Inconvénients
It can take a long time to figure out how to navigate the back end. Once you do though, it's incredibly easy to login, make changes and see them immediately.

Avantages
The UI is ridiculously easy to navigate and use. You don't even have to know code to make updates to the website!
Inconvénients
Nothing, I think it's a great choice for website/content management. Anyone can figure out how to use it.
