> **Avantages**: Australian owned with super fast support, very user friendly, great functionality, and just a great well-rounded product\! The icons bar along the top is a favourite as it's chock full of information that I need at a glance. I love that there is a feature request forum so that you can see what improvements are down the line and it's perfect proof that \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] listens to his customer's wants and needs. I could keep going on\!

> **Inconvénients**: The only two cons are things that I believe are both in the pipeline of being added at some point in the future. MYOB integration (not in the position to switch to Xero unfortunately) and being able to create our own custom Suite Sheet. And even if both of these things never happen, we'll still love and use Pet Manager because the pros outweigh the cons by far\!

> Pet Manager has enabled us to be able to provide quick and concise figures to the charity's board members, and being cloud based means that they can log in themselves and check without having to be in the office. We've been able to provide an even better level of care for our cats due to the ability to enter more information into their profiles.

> **Avantages**: Pet Manager is a great system. We have a small kennels and cattery and it has really helped us grow, we really couldnt do without it now. The scheduler is such a great feature as it allows us to use all our space to the maximum capability.

> Love how responsive Pet Manager is to any question we may have.  They often create a personal video to review step by step instructions to our query.
Ease of use is also a big reason we are so happy with this product.

> **Avantages**: The way it does everything for you. Clients make their own profiles and bookings and create their own invoices. You can set reminders or notes to let people know if you accept certain dogs ect. You can also have the accounting option to sync with Xero and perform some bookkeeping for you

> **Inconvénients**: It took me a little while to learn how to use it but that’s on me. It was 6 months of a learning curve but once I got the hang of it, it was well worth the adaption process for what it has now received us of.
> 
> It has allowed us to grow our business and focus more on the animals in our care and more communication time with clients and taken away the booking admin (juggling what availability we have) and payment portion of our work load. It pays for itself in reduced paper work
