J'apprécie vraiment l'intuitivité de GoodDay. Il offre d'excellents outils pour la planification et la gestion quotidienne des tâches, rendant ma journée de travail bien organisée et productive. Il est facile à mettre en œuvre et adopté rapidement par mon équipe.

Cependant, j'ai remarqué quelques problèmes d'ergonomie, ce qui peut rendre certaines fonctionnalités un peu compliquées pour les nouveaux utilisateurs. J'aimerais également voir plus d'intégrations avec d'autres outils que j'utilise.

Goodday is an all in one solution to handle projects:
- ability to create custom types for tasks with its own settings
- out of the box time tracking functionality without any plugins and additional charges
- reporting
- hierarchy permissions
- big library of project, task templates and ability to create own templates
- nice modules to store documentation, expenses and HR records
- great free plan with 2 weeks trial to check all the functionality and verify that this solution is suitable for you

At my take some time to get used to little bit old-fasioned UI. But improvements are delivered regularly and awesome functionality outweighs it

Everything about the tool is positive. The best pros are
1. It has got the fastest User Interface among any SaaS tools.
2. Highly customizable fields help us to create a customized dashboard for different requirements.

The chat feature can be improved. Sometimes we don't get a notification if someone sends a message. This is not my major concern because we extensively use Slack for chat communications.

Free is very helpful for startups. Then you can upgrade. Very easy to monitor tasks.

The phone application needs a lot of work to be similar to the computer application.

It's extremely easy to use, it's got all the functions you need, really a few useless functions so that choosing the right one is fast.

Really a few things. Let's say I don't like the fact that I can't track my time in advance, that in some occasions could be useful.

Best in tracking easily all of our project tasks, and their progress, and storing files in one spot. Compared to other tools on the market, it is more accessible for me, which allows a novice user to easily navigate the platform.

No cons as the platform works perfectly fine as of the moment.

Clean interface with a lot of customizations. Alot of different viewing options. Perfect support and regular updates.

Missing more folder customizations such as more colours and colour overrides. Otherwise perfect for our use.

- Its Really responsive phone technical support ! Even if sometimes you have to wait a few minutes (from 5 to 30 mins) but you will always end u p to get a human technician to answer your question at the end

- Its Great reseller revenue deals

The long waiting line sometimes to get access to the phone or chat based technical support. Even if most of the times they can promote being one the fastest hosting companies out there in terms of support, but the reality is that once I even had to wait nearly one (1) hour before having a technician ending the music on the holding line.

Online allways available. Possibility to customize it with great detail.

Sometimes when entering information on the fields the page stops accepting the text and we need to click again on the field to be able to continue writing. This is annoying.

The initial Dashboard! is great all you need to know to start your day, you can disconnect from work when you go home and the next day with the Dashboard get back in action fast as will show you all you need to start the day. The reports, are great, the workflows and tracking of tasks are very very good. You can assign a task to someone and see that he first need to get budget proveed by accounting and how much time took to get it so you know where and when the time is used, when someone assign a task to you, you can recruit others to help and it will show it was a team effort. very nice.

Not big bad so far, maybe no free option for teams under 25 members, but is't OK. teams with over 25 members can afford it. still I like it a lot.

Works for all departments, unlimited levels and works with an easy API

In the past the support was difficult to reach, but this changed since a year.

GoodDay project management tool is easy to adopt , and it has very good dashboard and I can easily take report for each individual and their tasks. it allows to create tasks and assign to team and make easy to communicate to team. I can view my own tasks.I can feel one of the best alternative to JIRA.

Email notification could be better than the current format. and UI needs some more richness.

GoodDay has packs a solid set of features in a beautiful interface without a cluttered or distracting feel. I've tried Clickup, Infinity, Trello, Asana, Monday, Wrike, Flow, and more, and none of them quite meet up to Good Day. Good Day has room to grow, but it's developers and support staff are responsive, and it has the bedrock of a sustainable project management suite.

I'm looking forward to offline functionality, which is in the works.

GoodDay is a comprehensive PM tool with time tracking and other features we need. We have been using the free version for over a year now and it does all we need.

It was a bit difficult to get started as we could not import any of our data and the learning curve is a little tricky.

All most everything is good, just to mention best being views.

I am missing client invoicing/Billing, if that could be added to it after a task is finished.

Easy of use, minimal interface, notification center, folder structure and deadlines on calendar.

Export of tasks to keep an local archive is somehow complicated

It is a good place where I can develop stable, efficient and modern websites with good SEO. Intuitive interface and functional email system

It offers a good service, complete and stable, with a variety of templates, but the cost is perhaps a bit high. Although the quality / price ratio is not bad
