My organization uses all of these Sentinel solutions and we are happy with the features and support from Thales.
The Sentinel EMS provides the features needed to support an increasing number of SaaS solutions marketed by my organization.
It would be nice if the Enhanced Partner Portal used with the Sentinel EMS based more in the Cloud to ease maintenance tasks.

Features, flexibility. We have customers on multiple platforms (Mac, Linux, Windows). Features are virtually endless!!!
The complexity to configure and update seem to never go away. Customer service improved tremendously over past 2 or so years. Used Gemalto for 10+years.
