Avis clients sur TOP PRODUCER

So far I like the ease of getting around and understanding what I need to do

I am using them with the website and it was disappointing to learn I needed to pay another vendor so my website would serve as a place to search for properties.

CRM, contact management, calender, emailing

Took away email from TP8, many TP* featurws not available in tpx, have to use both systems. Lousy way to have a program

It's very organized and very automated which is nice

The quality of the leads is not good. More should be done to get better.

Although there are a few issues with how we use it, it works well and serves it;s purpose. The customer service is top notch. Always get personalized help and issues solved speedingly

X won't let me do big enough mass mailer. Sometimes contact types go missing...client still there but contact types disappear. The main search only pulls up primary last name whereas advanced search will pull up secondary last anme. Minor issues we work around

Quality software and support. Top Producer listens to the people that use the software and look to them for new software improvements.

Waiting for new software upgrades. There are so many great suggestions that would help you and save time you get excited and want them now.

It kept me organized and updated for daily work

I've used Top Producer for 25 years and found it to be a great access point. I'm always able to go back and look up clients, vendors, etc. that I used for years.

The market update is good to alert your potential seller of their property's value. People always need a nudge to them in the market.

You are offering classes now, but previously, they weren't offered, and trying to reach support is not always easy. Companies need to realize that personal contact is essential to making your clients free; they're top of mind.

I have been using Top Producer for over 30 years. What first attracted me was the fact this was one of the only products designed for real estate use. I have looked at other products that claim to be better but all have fallen short.

The newest version of Top Producer is missing so much functionality that it made me start looking at other alternatives. Please review older versions of TP and learn. Development team should really listen to us long time users more!

Lack of high-quality postcard / mailers… perhaps I just haven’t found them yet

top producer has been around a very long time and feel secure it will be there in the future.

It is difficult to find assistance from the company, all is done via chat, emails and videos

dont know how to use much of it's functions--doesnt seem too intuative

I've owned Top Producer for a few decades and stopped using it probably a decade ago due to constant errors, not being able to manipulate information to make it my own and constant email issues.

Ease of adding contacts and keep track of calls, interactions, appointments, etc

Sometimes its not very user friendly to download contacts to an Excel spreadsheet (it will download duplicates)
