The platform is plagued with user-unfriendly errors—I ran into multiple issues just trying to purchase a phone number. After spending a significant amount of time verifying for the UK and AU by submitting documentation (which I understand is necessary due to SMS regulations), my developers began integrating with their API for OTP testing. We were then blocked because we weren’t “level 2 approved”—a requirement I wasn’t even aware of. Attempting to get this approval was a nightmare. I had to submit my ID through a third-party app, which crashed multiple times before finally accepting my submission. A day later, I found out it never went through. After contacting support, they asked for business information I had already provided during signup. To make things worse, my ID was rejected because I took a photo of my driver’s license on my phone, despite explaining that I had lost my wallet and it was my real license. The agent dismissed it, insisting it couldn’t be verified because it wasn’t a “real” photo, even though it clearly was. In the end, I wasted a ton of time trying to navigate unclear requirements. Their documentation lacks transparency, and you’ll only uncover critical details after sifting through hours of it.
