Avantages
I liked how easy it was to get set-up and roll the service out to customers. It is simple and straightforward.
Inconvénients
I would like more reporting options and for customers to receive an email to let them know if their referral hasn't been successful.

The whole team at Buyapowa have been nothing short of excellent throughout my entire experience of working with them. We've been provided with endless support and expertise from our first conversation right through to deployment and beyond!
Avantages
The technical expertise, flexibility and commercial agreement of Buyapowa really set it apart from competitors in the marketplace. It's great to have additional tools and continual learning opportunities from global experts too.

Nothing - we've even extended our initial contract with Buyapowa to include additional services.

Avantages
The team at Buyapowa have been so supportive and have provided their expertise and guidance throughout whilst we switched over to our new refer a friend scheme. The flexibility of the programme and the endless technical support has also been brilliant and meant that the set up was smooth. Our account manager [sensitive content hidden] is also so helpful, provides us with regular updates and always provides support with our queries. It's a pleasure working with the Buyapowa team and we look forward to continuing to work together for the coming years!
Inconvénients
Nothing - set up and launch has gone really smoothly and we're pleased with our results so far. I'm really looking forward to working with Buyapowa to grow our customer base on the platform over the coming months!

The reporting has little information of value (graphs, evolution, comparisons) The management customers claims is difficult ( platform information about rewards&clients is not usful) and changes of the content of the campaign is not very agile The rewards payment method (Paypal) does not meet our needs (Hayoperwallet)

My experience working with Buyapowa, and specifically with account manager Viktoriya, has been positive. Viktoriya has been extremely accommodating, with weekly catch-ups and prompt responses to any queries.
Avantages
Helpful account manager and useful data overview portal. Buyapowa ensure it is easy for clients to self serve and access user reports at their own will.
Inconvénients
Buyapowa's email design system could be better with the ability to implement custom HTML, the layouts can be quite restrictive.

A very flexible product mix that allowed us to deliver a truly custom referral scheme, and a proactive team that supported a complex delivery.
Inconvénients
There are some limitations on the smaller details eg. it would be nice to tailor the scheme to certain individuals or groups

The implementation team are very knowledgable, helpful and made setting this scheme up simple. The product itself is great, and allows us to easily generate referrals. Very scalable and open-source which allows easy intergration to custom systems

- Cooperation with project team/solution architects was exceptional to find workarounds on corner cases not supported out of the box.

Overwhelmingly positive. I don't think I have another external partner that does as much as BuyaPowa does, and at the speed they deliver.
Avantages
BuyaPowa has a team full of powerhouses. They take their time to come visit us in person and talk things through with whoever we want. They are willing to help us come up with new ideas and innovate to make our relationship stronger. The client success manager I am paired with, [sensitive content hidden], is probably the best external partner I have. He is always at the ready to respond to my questions and relay information to the appropriate teams.
Inconvénients
With the company that I work with, there is a lot of politics that come to decision, but sometimes there are things that I can't change but I am asked to pitch it to someone multiple times.

En general todo el proceso con Buyapowa ha sido muy fácil y amigable. Son muy organizados y dan todo el apoyo que necesitamos. Están constantemente tratando de encontrar nuevas formas de ayudarnos a mejorar el programa.
Avantages
La plataforma es muy fácil de utilizar, permite hacer un seguimiento completo de todo lo que sucede con el enlace del recomendador y gracias al Project Manager asignado trabajamos en mejoras constantes y me ayuda en el seguimiento del día a día.
Inconvénients
Pronto haremos la transición a una nueva versión de la plataforma, lo que desbloqueará nuevas capacidades en la gestión , experiencia de usuario optimizada e informes.

Great team who are engaged and supportive of the program, working towards optimisations and grow as a channel. Team are always great at implementing new ideas proposed by the business and we've seen a strong growth in the program over the years.
Inconvénients
Limited performance tracking dashboards - would be helpful to have more engaged dashboards built in the platform.

In fact, our satisfaction with Buyapowa led us to expand the scope of work and contract other products under DIRECTV brand as well.

Nothing is too much trouble when we work with the technical team. Easy, innovative and intuitive platform to use - and one to watch for the future. Amplifying our ability to grow a thriving advocate marketing channel for our members.
Inconvénients
We're transitioning over to V2 of the platform soon, which will unlock new capabilities in content management, optimised user experience and reporting.

Overall my experience has been positive and offers us a robust solution to deliver referral programme. Partnership has been in place for over a year and still finding new ways to maximise the platform and service. Good team set up and Client Success Manager pulls in other Buyapowa team members with specific expertise when needed to discuss content, technical or other ideas.
Avantages
Easy to use portal that allows visibility into the number of signups, referrals and more. Generating reports from the platform is made simple and easy to review top level data. Client Success Manager is great to work with, engaged in any new developments and dedicated to the customer experience. Simple integration and management of new rewards.
Inconvénients
My only challenge is the system's inflexibility to deliver new campaign email templates or ad hoc campaign capability, which would be an added bonus as the reporting offers actionable insights and interesting trends.
