Easy setup, intuitive layout and customizable alerts. Domotz has far more diagnostic tools than other monitoring platforms and their customer service is fantastic with quick response time.

Every feature that I've requested in the past has been implemented, so at this point there's nothing I don't like!

Ease of deployment, scan speed, fast interface. Great support.
Really good SNMP support, with predefined settings for many brands/devices.
Flexible alerting.
Many integrations.

Alerts and monitors must be defined per device. I know they are developing a tag/filter method for applying settings to devices, but it's still not there.

I use Domotz primarily to detect when devices fall off the network, or join the network.

Sometimes it takes some time for a device to be recognized. But it usually resolves itself.

Easy to setup and use. Recovered well after a crash of the VM.

Needs a lot of hand-holding for initial setup.

While there is other competitive options on the market, Domotz accomplishes its primary aspects in a more readable fashion. The reporting is useful and by and large the tool just works. They seem to always be making improvements and its been becoming a much stronger product.

Feature development can take quite awhile but they work when they are released.

We would like it to be possible to acknowledge alarms and I wish it had more vendor integrations

It can seem expensive for some our sites that we monitor. However, it's miles ahead of free alternatives.

Occasional connection glitches and device identification errors can be frustrating.

The ability to monitor and troubleshoot my network and devices remotely has been incredibly convenient. The interface is user-friendly and the customer support is excellent

The mobile app could use some improvements for smoother navigation. Additionally, the pricing could be more flexible for individual users

The only thing that comes to mind is that its price has gone up 2x since I started using it. The increase is not huge, but we don't like price increases.

Great device discovery and easy to setup and manage. It provides apps on all mobile platforms and has a great webinterface. Customer support responds quickly if you have any questions.

Not all product features (such as dashboarding and alerting) are available on the mobile app interfaces. You have to use the webinterface or desktop app for those features.

Easy to configure. Easy to use. Transparent network presence. Great user interface. Many installation options. Available for any platform.

Sometimes needs a little bit more attention during reconfiguration of existing appliance.

The most value that I found from this software is that I can easily configure and deploy on my personal device (like Raspberry Pi) with multiple options of OS platform.

Furthermore, once Domotz was running on my device, most of features that I needed for monitoring were available and easy to use. The UI was concise and straightforward. Customization of monitored device info was practical and effortless.

I loved my whole experience with Domotz's features such as alert, report, third-party app integration, price, and so on...

Though Domotzs has a great auto-generated reporting feature, it would have been really helpful for us if the user was able to customize report somehow with some visual graphs.

Once it's setup, it's easy to use and required no maintenance. Whenever you need to change something and do require support, they react fast and won't stop to assist you untill your issue is resolved.

No cons or issues really, everything is working as desired.

This cost effective little box packs a bunch of features such as active monitoring and notifications, remote connection to network devices, and a easy to read and understand dashboard.

I use this device to remotely access devices on distant networks and the software currently only allows for a single concurrent session. I would like the ability to open multiple connections in a single session. I would also like to see the company offer an enterprise subscription model and an easier way to manage subscriptions.

Great alerting and notifications and very easy to set up. The interface is very easy to use and the integration with my Synology made the setup simple.

The partner integrations are nice but not super useful.
