Ce logiciel est tout à fait bon. Il y a rien dans ce produit qui me complique les tâches.

Un logiciel très pratique et très fiable, facile à utiliser.

Rien à reprocher, juste quelques soucis au cours de la connexion.Sinon je le recommande vivement.

It never had any issues with the location and you were able to switch it to personal convenience while in motion.

I never had any issues with it. I was driving under someone else's company so it worked perfectly for me.

I receive this warning emailed to me numerous times a day on 2 different trucks. Truck 205 and 197. The other day I counted 14 of these. They do not set a code or check engine light on the truck. Both Peterbilt and Cummins tell me this is not a real code. I have been trying to get you to resolve it but it has not happened yet. This is my support number [2071907] Samsara Support- Fault Code | 197Check Engine Lights: warning. We are going to be looking at other providers if this can not be resolved.

Very efficient ELD system, and the same for Dash Cameras. By far, the best I've used after using several ELD systems. Very user friendly. I would recommend it to anyone needing a good ELD system.

Nothing bad to say. It is a very good system. The multi-year contract could be reduced, but I understand why they use that type of contract.

It is very easy to use. I needed to add this sentence.

Samsara DOES NOT want to change with input from its clients.

Instant video of accidents and issues. We are able to get quick footage in the event of a major accident.

My only issue is not being able to assign drivers to there vehicle. We typically make many changes in that area as a school district.

Easy to plug and play both the ELD gateway and the camera. Customer service is great, always responds within the same business day. The customer portal is extremely user friendly with new features every month.

Billing is very difficult - multiple bills, not just one bill. Reports for personal conveyance and missing DVIR are not part of the standard reports as we found in Omnitracs XRS.

The use of Samsara has become our best friend when it comes to locating assets and drivers in real time day to day operations. Dash cams help you improve on the driver's behavior along with implementing the score cards for your fleet. Samsara has helped us improve with our fleet when it comes to monitoring speed and Driver behavior events. Reports help you vitalize the use of assets, drivers, Mills with geofences. Overall, Samsara is the #1 leading operation system for us.

I don't think there is anything that I least like

Ease of use, and mobile functionality. I can be anywhere and view current location and share location all from my phone.

There can be the odd bug in the system where it throws out check code for trucks when there is actually nothing wrong.

It allows us real time tracking, communication to drivers, route info easy to send... Most of the features are useful here.

I could only pull tidbits of a driver's previous trip history which is a bummer,
and as mentioned earlier in review, the system if unplugged loses tracking location in which, the reason we made the switch is because we were told that it would continue to track.

Easy and reliable, also easy to understand to the drivers

Customer support, If you need help you will die trying to get someone from support to help you
instead os help they overrun you with emails from 6 or 7 representative asking same thing at same time and make you loose track of the conversation, also, after 30 min or 1 hour they rush to hang up on you to keep going, poor knowledge from the team explaining you contracts breakdowns

What's not to like, it's easy to purchase, easy to install, easy to use. People will say the same about others but we've tried others and Samsara has been the best with the equipment, customer service help, product has been working great for the past 7 years.

The only thing I can say that it is always 30 seconds behind on the GPS.

The Power BI API first and foremost, the customizable roles, the accuracy of the GPS, the tag and attribute system, the advanced geofencing, and the excellent documentation.

The Power BI API is still in beta and needs work, it it is making great progress!

The samsara video display is fantastic for live time video displays current and old recordings gives required proof to all incidents and to all drivers gives them potential of hazards that surround them while staying focused on driving and there surroundings

The thing that I liked least about samsara is that there is no video feed to the rear of truck also some times video is blurry
