Avantages
It is easy to use. Turn over is quite high and we can usually get new users trained withing 3-4 days.
Inconvénients
The ocr can be a bit picky. configuration isn't as easy as their team would like it to be. Instances are installed locally and updates aren't as easy as 123.

Avantages
The functionality of the product is highly customizable, and the customer service/support is top notch.
Inconvénients
The user interface is pretty average, and much of the functionality customizations are buried in multiple menus, so it often takes a tech call to get where you need to go.

Very Easy to use

Avantages
this Software is easy to use and maneuver around in when set up correctly. I like the OCR feature for Searching for EOB/deposits.
Inconvénients
The Item I like the least in this software is the inability to search if the OCR button is not used.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a response. We're so glad to hear that you find our ContentCenter very easy to use.
We are a little confused about your statement that you can't search for documents if the OCR button is not used. Do you mean *full-text* search?
While we do need to have our system "read" the document (through OCR) to enable full-text search, you should be able to search in other ways such as document properties or by patient or bin. Also, if there is a problem with forgetting to import with OCR activated, we can set it for you that all batches are run through the OCR engine by default. If this is something you are interested in, please contact our support team and they can get you started.

Medforce has been good for our company

Avantages
We can quickly go into Medforce and find the documentation we need for billing purposes. Easy to print and file.
Inconvénients
If you do not have auto file it is very time consuming to file each page. We have a person designated to filing to Medforce.

Medforce as a whole is a great company to work with

organization and far less paper waste
Avantages
very customizable and adaptable to our needs and easy to use
Inconvénients
very few dislikes. licenses are expensive IMO but it is good software and there is value in it for the business. I would also like to see the outlook integration get updated.
