The user interface is well designed, and easy to use.

The pricing did get a little steep. My first account only ran me 80.00 per month with free players. It went up to 250.00 per month with players costing 199.00 each. While it is true that I have switched services, if your budget allowed it this is truly a great service

The newer interface is easier to use than past ones.

Their service is top-notch, specifically [sensitive content hidden]. When I first started in my current role, I took over being the admin for Hoopla(a product of Raydiant). She did a great job in training me in waves, not showing me everything, but showing me everything that was relevant to what I was asking about, so as to not overload me with information. Over time I have gotten to the point where we have covered almost everything and I have learned a lot. In that training, she also suggested a new feature we could start using pretty close to immediately that has added a lot of value to our sales reps, especially those working remote. I am an admin of several software tools we use and so naturally I communicate directly with a lot of CSM's. [sensitive content hidden] is our favorite CSM to work with as she comes with a balanced and adaptable approach to customer success. She knows just what we need and listens intently to be sure that we are getting what we need and not just what we think we need.

In the content creation process, I wish that you could create everything on the same page or in the same flow. With each step, I have to navigate to a different tab and create that component before I navigate to another tab and create the next piece of content. It is a robust system that stores and organizes your information well, but the building process could be much easier.

We were looking for easy to update menus, easy to change prices, easy to read for all ages. Raydiant works well and meets the criteria.

The original setup was not as user friendly as some programs, but after learning how it works, is easy to navigate.

My favorite part of Raydiant is being able to show off our Instagram page on the signage in the store

I wish the customer support was more available when I need it.

Raydiant is super easy to configure and provides us with a great solution for getting information out to our staff and customers.

Not having to "drill down" on important metrics on a per user basis and having those metrics visible at all times in front of a large audience has been very impactful.

Depending on what CRM you utilize, it can be difficult to make changes to the metrics that you want to display.

It was very easy to bring into my business and set up/install was a breeze. Very easy to maneuver and create what I need to display.

If I had to have a con about Raydiant it would be that the connection is some times a bit slow when uploading new content.

I can easily display communications across the company without printing flyers and posting in several locations and different plants.

I haven't had too much trouble. One thing I had trouble with was getting the device to accept the hardwired instead of wireless. With help from customer support I was able to connect.

Raydiant is easy to use on many devices - phone, computer both apple and windows. I was able to navigate the site without ever having used it before.

Occasional technical difficulties with connection to television which varies on whose end they originate

I can put anybody advertisement on the software

It’s hard to delete old advertisements on both devices without messing up with one of them

I like how easy it is to create content or flyers and works from my phone and or computer

I don't have any negative issues to report at this time.

What I like MOST about Radiant is easy to use. It looks like a million dollar tool but easy to navigate and makes our non-profit look put together. It's easy for our congregation to get announcements throughout the foyer.

I haven't found any issues with Raydiant at all.

I love our customers can see our food, specials, events, etc.

Ease of use was better before they switched to the new format.
