Game changing software for our retail stores

Great experience, wish we had ran into them sooner.
Avantages
Raydiants technology has been game changing ... our retail space has improved in more ways than one. We have been able to educate our clients, have virtual trunk shows,display and promote our new arrivals. We can attribute an increase in sales of 5-7 % .
Inconvénients
We were not able to tie it into our POS system- (our POS was built internally)

Raydaint has allowed our reps to see where they rank in realtime. It's inspired friendly competition in our office.
Inconvénients
It's a bit difficult to setup some of the metrics but their support team [sensitive content hidden] specifically is fantastic!

Avantages
Its really easy to set up but we had to use another device to turn on and off the screens. That function is not included in the solution.
Inconvénients
I think the tools to make screens is really limited and cumbersome. It seems that the solutions are even degraded even more and having to purchase 3rd party solutions for another fee. We are looking for an easier solution to deloy.

I would say a company is as good as its employees and the only person that has gone above and beyond for me has been Annette B. I would have probably closed my account if is where not for her.

I can use this software to keep my team informed of our wins and where we are to hitting our goals
Inconvénients
Customer support is hard to come to get. I found a gal named Annette B. and she has been absolutly amazing and helpful.

Raydiant helped put us on a different level.

Overall, Raydiant has been a lifesaver. Their support is above par. I'm not saying things don't go wrong sometimes, but they are always available to help and they will not stop until it is resolved.
Avantages
Before Raydiant, we had to climb a lot of ladders to change out content or connect HDMI cords. Raydiant gives us the ability to change content on the fly and remotely. It also allows us to do our trivia nights across 15 different devices.
Inconvénients
It does have some glitches occasionally, specifically with disconnecting from the network. We have to manually go in and reboot, but it's rare and the benefits far outweigh the costs.

Easy to train, and Toast POS Integration works as advertised

Customer support has been helpful the few times we've needed it. Otherwise, all good.
Avantages
We got Raydiant for it's Toast POS integration, and it's really nice having our menu update in real time, and when we 86 something on a terminal it updates immediately on the screens.
Inconvénients
Sometimes I have to refresh the browser to show updates, so a tiny bit glitchy. Always works on refresh.

Great digital signage

Very happy with ease of use and the consistency of the product.
Avantages
We love the fact that multiple managers can upload and manage our content remotely and for each location separately.
Inconvénients
We would prefer to be able to sync up to separate screens so that data can be shared between the two. In other words you could create content that could be split between two or three screens.

After a year of using Raydiant we’re very happy with the Product!

Raydiant has excellent customer service! I will say the team member that helped me through the initial design was AWESOME! And so very patient.
Avantages
Raydiant was very user friendly from the get go. We are a smaller business so it was something I needed to be able to design and put in to use on my own!! I was able to do that from day one and here we are a year later, very happy with how it’s integrated into our business.
Inconvénients
There is a learning curve, but again customer service was excellent at helping us through it.

MIRA highlights my business when I'm not there to do it in person.

My business shares space with a movie theater. As moviegoers stand in line for tickets or concessions, MIRA piques interest and provides information about my business with an audience of potential customers, that may not be exposed to my business otherwise.
Avantages
I love the ability to manage my MIRA signage from anywhere... at work, from my couch, on vacation. Keeping my posts fresh keeps my patrons current on what's happening in my business, including operating hours (especially during holiday and school vacation periods), our current escape room themes, promotional programs and the weather. We even have a trivia slide that keeps onlookers' interest throughout the entire loop.
Inconvénients
I wish some of the templates were a bit easier to customize. I use the Presentation template to display my operating hours. It work for the most part, but a template specifically for hours would be great.
Random loop freezing or skipping, not due to internet connectivity, occurs. If it occurs during off hours, I have no way of telling, therefore no way of rebooting the connections, or in my case, republishing. I wish there was an option for trouble notifications of some sort.

I am stuck because I don’t understand using credits and/or how to apply my credits to showcase my display.
Avantages
I like the variety of templates and videos.
Inconvénients
The concept of using credits is not well explained. Customer service doesn’t know product well enough to guide customers accurately. No proper follow up to ensure user experience.

The ease of using this product makes it very appealing to me.
Inconvénients
I had difficulty at first connecting my screen to the computer, but with the app, this is no longer an issue.

Did exactly what we needed it to do. Easy to use after you get it set up.
Inconvénients
It occasionally will go offline and we need to re set it. That could be our internet though.

Raydiant created an easy-to-use digital signage system for all types of users. In minutes, I can schedule, update and deploy new messages. Their integration library keeps growing making it a system that's constantly evolving! Raydiant picked the best features and integrated it into an all in one solution!

Overall, very pleased. We had a basic need and every other platform we tried were overly complex to get going.
With Mira, we were up and running in literally minutes. It provides exactly what we need!
Avantages
What I like most is how simple and quick it is to get content displayed.
Inconvénients
The library of built in apps is small and the ones that do exist should allow for more features and be more customizable.

Easy to Use Menu for our Cheesecake Bakery

Overall I am very happy with my purchase and will continue to use Raydiant as we open new locations.
Avantages
I like how many options and how many different services they integrate with. I also am a huge fan of their customer support team. The only time I had an issue, the online chat was able to help me through additional trouble shooting beyond what I had initially done and we were able to get to the root of the issue.
Inconvénients
The only complaint I have is the current integration with Square, but since their relationship is still pretty new, I am assuming that this will improve with time.

The Digital Menu Board Helped us save time and Money

we have saved so much time being able to change our menus, events, etc, and adding or taking them down from our computers if we are in the office but if needed from our phones if we are out and have a last-minute change.
Avantages
easy changes to our menus and event flyers. I am not a fan of printing out pictures or flyers and hanging them around our restaurant to display. Having them on a Screen and professionally illustrated looks so much better!
Inconvénients
I don't have anything I really dislike, it has been easy to use and time-saving for us.

Intuitive but inconsistent

Mira has been very helpful in allowing us to display varied content to our students in a new platform and has limited the number of emails we send, which is always a good thing.
Avantages
The user portal is really easy to figure out and post/schedule content. If your not a tech person but need to use a platform to display content, this is a great option.
Inconvénients
The devices frequently disconnect from WiFi even in areas with strong connectivity which is extremely frustrating at times.

Amazing Product

Our customer live the screens we've put in our restaurant - they display our daily specials, our events and greetings to our customers. It's increased our specials sales and brought us many more customers on our event nights.
Avantages
Mira was easy to set up! We had it up and running is fifteen minutes. If you want to look professional without spending a ton of money of time GET MIRA!
Inconvénients
We haven't had any issues in the last year we've been using Mira.
