Avis clients sur XOGO Decision Signage

I like that it connects through WiFi to update it's picture list but if it loses WiFi it still works. Just bring it back into range of WiFi again to get it to resync. I also like the ease of managing the library once you get it going.

Really this product performs admirably. I had a hard time scanning the QR code during setup but that is because my phone would not scan my computer monitor very well; I recommend offering a *harder to use* backup link one could type to get the same results.

Easy to use once setup right

Scheduling is a must have in digital signage now, also you to be able to customize the view

I like the way it works with the tv sets that i have on hand. It makes it stand out and its easy to change if needed.

It seems to be very glitchy. The screen will go black and it needs to be unplugged for it to reset itself.

I like how user friendly the website is and the ease of adding, editing and making changes.

No Cons so far! We are still in the initial testing stages but haven't had any problems.

I like that there is a mobile app for managing your software.

I don't like that you have to download their apps only to manage the signs. Also, some features are not available if you are not a windows user, which is frustrating.

great product for SMB. very simple delivery; choose the right offering for your business at the right price point.

The ability to support more features as the trends for signage is increasing like 3D, Augmented reality and so on.

MIssing cheaper subsription for small clients.
The cafe only need one TV, but has about 50 Jpegs which they need for partly Menus and partly for event notification. With a limit of 15 assets this means that they have to delete all pictures that are not currently playing, or pay for Xogo pro, where they pay for a lot of functions they do not need. A cheaper subscription only allowing to have more assets (for example 150) and 1 player would be recommendable.
Lack of documentation (advanced functions)

What I like least about XOGO is nothing at all, it's pretty sweet!

It is easy to setup i hooked the device ( Xogo Mini 4K) into the TV Pushed the Wifi settings to it VIA bluetooth.

Then installed the Xogo app onto my samsung phone. uploaded some pictures created a playlist etc.

Which worked some what correctly.

Ok so a majority of people use Iphones i purchased this device and of course everyone in the company i gave it to had iphones. so yeah no support. but i guess we should be able to put it on a windows 10 machine so this client can manage his signage well unfortunatly he runs windows 7 throughout his workplace.

Thats ok ill grab them a laptop with windows 10. navigate through the crappy windows store. download the manager app onto the laptop the app opens then closes automatically.

I should add there is no support number for Xogo you just send a email and wait. i for one personally hate this style of support you write something and just hope the support team gets back to you.

Now all this aside you purchase the 300 dollar xogo mini 4k but guess what guys you cannot setup a certain timer schedule for your images unless you pay Xogo 20 bucks a month the free version is extremely limited.

Our ability to share content to a digital sign (using an older computer) has been made super easy by XOGO. We just needed a simply way to share main content with everyone who enters our building. Simple to setup and deploy!

Not sure I have any. I suppose it might be nice if it integrated with more apps.

Perfect for keeping our employees up to date with company news. Easy to deploy and maintain, free version with full features for one screen.

There is nothing, that I don't like about this software, in our use case it works perfectly.

We use the free version for one video display that promotes programs and events at our library.

Haven't really found any negatives. It's very easy to use.

Great for a novice. I was able to use a softwares called canva to design the content.

I needed to setup digital signage and XOGO is very simple and inexpensive. Other products don't compare.

I did find it a little difficult to setup at first, however they have excellent instructions and videos on their website.

XOGO has helped our staff communicate with all of our staff throughout the country. It helps with safety announcements, HR, and corporate communication.

I haven't found a feature that I've needed but wasn't available.

Easy to configure and manage, Xogo is the solution that I find accessible without having too much configuration.

No implementation with AAD and Role base access are missing.
IT implement and administrate users and marketing should only have access to the content management.
