Google Data Studio est un excellent outil pour créer des rapport, de plus il est gratuit donc accessible à tous

Google Data Studio est limité en langue utilisée

Très bonne expérience dans mon utilisation du Google Data Studio, il est facile de personnaliser des tableaux de bord pour visualiser les données avec un système de drag & drop. L'outil est totalement collaboratif, ce qui est pratique dans le cadre d'un projet en équipe.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'assistance en cas de question ou de problème de remontées des données par exemple.

Pas de possibilité de personnaliser certains items

Outil qui a changé ma vision des reportings. J'ai configuré les chiffres à mettre en avant et désormais je n'ai plus qu'à changer la plage de dates pour que les chiffres se mettent à jour (au lieu de les mettre à jour à la main un par un chaque mois...).

Cette solution peut être assez technique à mettre en place, les add ons gratuits afin de lier des sources de données de type réseaux sociaux ne sont pas très nombreux.

C'est une des solutions idéales pour la création de dashboards, car entièrement basée sur le cloud et bien intégrée à l'environnement Google. Le système permet de créer facilement des tableaux de bord à partir de plusieurs sources.

L'un des principaux inconvénients de l'utilisation de Google Sheets pour la création de tableaux de bord est le manque d'assistance. Il y a une limitation dans les quotas de données pour certaines sources comme Google Analytics obligeant à passer par une solution intermédiaire comme BigQuery.

Les fonctionnalités ayant le plus d'impact sont les connecteurs natifs avec les différentes solutions Google. Que l'on souhaite connecter Google Analytics ou bien BigQuery pour plus de données, tout est assez simple. Le principe de drag and drop et le nombre de personnalisations possibles rende l'outil très efficace

Appartenant à Google, nous pouvons regretter la mise en place des quotas d'appels à l'API Google Analytics 4 qui limite l'utilisation des dashboards. Les connecteurs de la communautés sont payants pour la plupart. Enfin, on peut vite se perdre dans l'interface via les trois menus de personnalisation

C'est un logiciel de drag and drop très simple à utiliser.

Il est si simple qu'il autorise parfois quelques non-sens comme l'utilisation combinée de métriques et dimensions qui ne devraient pas être utilisées ensembles.

It is an inexpensive and at times seamless experience to automate reporting dashboards to help with insights and client reporting

It can be difficult to get multiple connectors to work correctly and there can often be issues with data as the dashboards get more complex, with it seemilntly being set up correctly but data being different to the source itself, e.g. GA4 data displaying inaccurate data

Being able to combine data from several tools, such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics, is super useful for analysing content performance.

The software is a massive pain in the bum to use. Sure you can connect your data sources. And you can get data from those sources onto a single page/dashboard. But there’s no guarantee it’ll accurately display the data and combine it correctly. I gave up using GDS because the combined data was always wrong and it was incredibly difficult to actually get it to combine the data in a useful way. I switched to a paid tool that does it soo much better and far more easily!

I liked the data management and dashboard features the mos as the provided the most value and they were both easy to use even for beginners.

The lack of proper costumer support, and the data management being quite hard to setup are the things I hated the most about this software.

From time to time its a bit slow.Complex connection of less widespread systems, and it is therefore necessary to either buy an external connector or deal with a backbreaking connection.

Google Data Studio is free and pretty easily connects to all of the Google platforms that we use when reporting to clients.

We had a few issues with the reports not loading properly when downloaded as a PDF (Blank pages when there should have been data) and the only solution that we have found is repeatedly downloading and/or waiting a few hours to try again.

While it's a powerful tool, the learning curve can be steep, especially for some staffmembers. Additionally, it lacks some advanced features that more specialized data visualization tools might offer. Longing for more AI tools to work with.

Very user friendly, all you wants to do is enter a data sheet, with a single data sheet you can create a multiple charts, as you can easily create a dashboard with it, infinite number of chart types available.

So here's a main con of the software, you can create a charts with only single source of data, that's quite uncomfortable and it's only website not a product so you can't use it offline you need a internet every single time you use it, same like it's a website it's very slow, if you enter a data for 10000 line items it get struck

Learning how to properly use it can take a while when you are a beginner. Sometimes it can be a little slow for my needs.
