Avis clients sur NutriAdmin

It was whilst researching the different nutrition software design management programmes that I kept coming back to comparing other programmes to this one. I really gained confidence having read the background of the developers. The software covered everything I needed to start my newly formed nutritional service.

The trial period was very useful in helping me get accoustomed to and work my way through the various different options the software had to offer before making the commitment with them. I have to say the customer service has really surpassed my expectations. No,issue has been too big or small for them to deal with immediately. I am both confident and very pleased that I have chosen the best software for my business.

Hasn't the exact functionality as previous software used.

I love the ease of setting up a questionnaire. The dashboard is easy to navigate. Customer service is quick and efficient.

I'm sure I will come up with more as I use the software, but for now I'm happy with everything.

I like the fact that I could start on a low cost package as I’m just starting out. I like the client portal.

I find the meal plan slow to fill in and the food database is biased towards US and Australian brands.

This is extreamly user friendly, and making changes very intuitive meaning I can easily change or adjust questionares or meal plans without having to create work arounds.

They have a ton of meal options, but as you enter diatary restrections or preferences that list does narrow and more options is always better!

I can manage everything in one place. The automated emails, recipe database, dashboard, team sharing is great. Overall excellent system.

Few little bugs but te guys are excellent at fixing these.
Would love to able to make subscription services in payments rather than just one off payments.

Producing reports is not something we use as the formatting is not the best. Still use google slides.

Would like to see a meal plan template section in the future and more variety to specialty diets in the auto generator like Paleo and Keto. still not a bad start

The macronutrient breakdown as well as that you can add your own new foods.

The layout of the meal plan at the end i would like clients to see it in a table format like when creating a new meal plan. I would also like client to be able to make their own appointments on the portal.

Nothing. Most of my challenges were user error!

I like that I am able to customize my forms to better fit my practice. I like the layout of all of my patient files. I like how easy it is to send my forms to new patients.

I don't like that there isn't an easy "follow-up" button for continued visits foe the same client. I don't only see a client once. I see many weekly and it would be easier just to go to their "file" and have a follow-up link to click where I can date it and write the note. Also, I'm not sure if there is a place to add my office address on the paperwork so the clients have that.

Everything. User friendly, I can keep track of everything in one platform.

The fact that for each clients if I change the recipe, it won’t go back to the original. So for each client I always have to change the recipes.

NutriAdmin makes managing appointments, payments, client files, reports and plans really easy, organised and secure. I don’t know where I’d be without it!

It would be great to have the recipe and meal plans more customisable especially aesthetics wise, as well as see more branded products in the database.

This software lead me to it's dynamic features and their expertise to choose them for my needs. I can use the color codes for menus, calendar set up, having the quantity of clients and setting up online payments and so many to mention. I just love NutriAdmin.

Not able to have clients signup without using an email if someone, does not have one.

I looked into various nutrition softwares for my clients. I spoke to one of my clients who was a web developer and everything in which I would want in a program. The customer service has been amazing and fortunately I have only asked to use it once and the response is great.

A phone app would be amazing like tru coach.

I find this software extremely easy to use compared to competitors. It makes my work flow so much easier by being able to schedule and bill straight from my software. All in one nutrition software! Also does not send random texts or emails to my clients like some software programs I’ve tried.

I felt like the menu on the meal plan was slightly bare, causing me to research my own recipes still, but recently I have noticed changes they are doing to improve it!

I wish I could plan out a whole month at a time

The customer support is incredible, every one of my questions was answered within hours. It has good features such as calendar bookings, payment requests and many more that I haven't even explored. The online questionnaire can be created in any way possible making it easier for clients to fill in forms prior to consultation.

It would be benefit from being more intuitive and easier to navigate. I am still trying to figure out how to make my logo shown the outgoing messages a bit smaller, and how to edit default emails - it would be great if default emails sent to clients at booking was editable while booking the appointment making them more individualised. I would also like to see a feature which enable me to me make notes on completed questionnaires while I am doing my prep. It would also be great to have a feature which make it easy to copy and paste some sections for writing plans, maybe it's there but I haven't found it.
