I had purchased a company using Briostack and they have refused to help me at all. Now we are switching to another much better software company FieldRoutes, and we have been submitting emails, call, and chats to submit a ticket so we can begin a token transfer to move merchants for over a month with zero help. They keep telling us that they are going through a bunch of employee turnover and position changes. They said our original account manager is no longer managing accounts and that they don't have anyone to fill the position, but that what we are asking for can only be handled by an account manager.
