I can't all the things i love about SentinelOne but some of them are as follows.The RollBack feature is simply awesome, and the Storyline makes threat hunting a breeze.

Only negative is that the Sentinel One mobile agent dashboard is not integrated into the main dashboard as yet. But its on its way

The product is very easy to setup, and in most cases, it auto-remediates and is a setup-and-forget-it system. however, does have a lot of kinks

It has false positives often, does not have a full rollback feature for mac. The worst part is the detecting engine has a lot of false positives

We love how transparent S1 is. We get ZERO complaints about the software blocking or causing other headaches. We like how accurate the matching is and the automatic remediation it provides.

It's not free (just kidding). There isn't really anything to dislike about the product. You all are on the right track and honestly the only EDR worth replacing Microsoft Defender with after it's all said and done.

I really like the ease of use with the software and how accurate it all is. It makes our daily IT lives a lot easier.

The cost of the product is a bit much for the upper tiers, but overall justifiable to some.

SentinelOne helps protect our systems from both known and unknown threats. The ability to rollback changes make the product more powerful than traditional antivirus solutions.

Deployment of SentinelOne is definitely geared toward the experienced IT professional. The product takes time and experience to set up.

The deployment was incredibly easy on each machine and we really like the USB device monitoring to control external devices. The Daily reports are helpful for documentation/record-keeping purposes.

The activity dashboard can be a little complicated if you aren't a technical person. Same with the threat hunting rules. The layout isn't super friendly and has a learning curve of where everything is.

Efficacy and low false positives, depth of detection and response, ease of admin and use and TCO.

Installation was a challenge when deploying through InTune.

I love how it is behavior based and doesn’t rely on signatures

There are multiple email alerts for each incident

Finding a specific end point and the amount of information available is amazing. It's like endpoint protection and asset management all in one.

IT would be great to be able to push software installs or commands to endpoints.

Highly effective, detects zero-day vulnerabilities, flexible configuration. Whitelisting catalog helps with common applications getting set up appropriately for customers.

As with other AI / Machine learning based solutions, there are false positives, and sometimes this can be tricky to get the proper exclusion in place.

We were able to deploy the software with ease, single afternoon in testing for any necessary exceptions, and only 3-4 support tickets year 1&2. When was the last time you implemented a product with less effort?

Price but this is the first AV product I was involved in choosing/implementing from scratch. I can't speak to the cost other than it was much more than our previous solution but in time savings alone it has more than made up for this cost.

The ability to see what machines are protected over a period and their infection during said period is great.

Sometimes making changes and resolutions regarding infections is cumbersome and not always obvious.
Also self-resolving could be easier to review and implement.

Easy to setup and S1 automatically puts the device that is suspects is infected in network quarantine. Also like the rollback feature.

Would like for it to have more days/months in history for threat hunting

It has best network and cyber security features
Comes with capable threat intelligence capabilities.

Nothing to complain about and SentinelOne has been helpful

I like its Reporting, Monitoring and Alerting capabilities

I think from an investigative standpoint, the deep dive search capability can be further improved.

The product is easy to use and has a great and easy dashboard.

It tends to take up a lot of processing resources on a PC.

Truly a gem, this is an advanced threat protection software that gives you all the details on what? when? why? where? and can restore your system back to its original state.

It can be a memory hog sometimes if it is trying to calm down a malicious piece of software. Not much else is wrong.

The best part about this next gen endpoint protection is that it uses AI and user behavior to protect against threats. No more AV scans to slow down computers.

Linux and Mac support are sorta lacking but Windows is solid.
