I really enjoy the ease of use and ability to publish from anywhere. I also really enjoy the flexibility/ability to schedule and create playlists.

We have several screens next to each other and we've never been able to sync up the images, despite working with support.

I liked that it was easy to set up and start using this software quickly, there was a low barrier to entry.

It is difficult to QA the display when I'm not on-site.

ScreenCloud makes my business's digital signage management very easy! There's tons of apps and customizability, and the UI is very easy to move around in. Stability is super important and we haven't had any issues since updating devices.
We can easily update content or use apps to have dynamic displays. We use the API to change the screen if we have an event coming up, all automatically.

The only downside is the license cost. It's a bit higher than other competitors with similar or slightly trimmed back features.
I also wish they had a mobile friendly site so I can more easily manage a screen on the go (forgot to update it or something after leaving work).
Sometimes, temporary displays don't revert back to the original content after the time is up.

Great pricing, very easy page design, easy non-technical screens for people to navigate.

Media transferring is not ideal when sharing between locations, could have a better logical folder structure. Would love to see device management without high cost.

I love the ability to add content on the fly and distribute to all devices within matter of minutes

The hardest thing for me is sometimes getting the device back online because we use Fire Sticks, and the internet at certain spots where we use them is not the best.

The platform is very easy to use and it's affordable so meets our budget. We were spending more on a more expensive platform that was less intuitive and have been happy with our switch to this.

The templates could be better and the canvas editing tools can be a little clunky.

We have 3 different groups that aren't very technical so being able to separate their work and screens has been invaluable.

Would have liked having more control over the player device itself and not just the app.

Sometimes errors happen of the weekend when updating firmware but other than that its been great.

The company I work for was looking for a cost efficient way to keep the team up to date on company events. ScreenCloud fit our budget perfectly. I loved that we could try it for a month for free to make sure it would work for us and it did. The software is easy to learn and use.

I would like to see more APPs available to load.

Cost, ability to adjust from landscape to portrait from ad to ad is difficult

What we love is the ability to schedule content, also there are Channels that can contain playlist or files inside so its easier to manage content for multiple screens.

Video Wall is missing unless you have the correct hardware, it would be nice if you can set inside Screenloud the layout that you have with your screens, maybe like a drag and drop tool choosing screens by size so you can arrange them in the way you want, so that can work as a mask and set there the video to be play.Another thing missing is to set a website with the touch capability, not all websites are compatible.

Very easy to use and setup. We initially started with some Chromecast devices attached to the TV screens we use, but have since just purchased the ScreenCloud hardware, as it works better with our upgraded network security.

Not applicable. We really like it. The only think I would like it for SSO to be included in the yearly plan without needing to upgrade further.

How easy it is to update all of our screens remotely.

I wish you could schedule playlists by time. I.e. show one playlist from 9am-12pm and another from 12pm-4pm, etc.

Ease of use. Out of the box the setup interface is very intuitive. Can be rolled out in minutes and updated in real time as new screens are developed

Extra cost for PowerBI and other business intelligence tools

I like how easy it is to use the system. You can customize each screen and change the layout to fit what works best for your setting.

Within the system there is a part where you select availability, but it is hard to see.

It is very user friendly and the UI is easy to follow. Very intuitive program.

We have trouble with it on our Amazon Omni TVs and not allowing them to turn off (automated) and back on (automated). Screen cloud keeps them on. Support has never been able to resolve the issue.

It's easy to create new screens and new content in the backend. We can see the current screen being displayed. There is an extensive variety of integrations with other applications, such as YouTube, news, weather, and Facebook. We plan to use more applications for internal screens to show things like team member milestones, upcoming events, and goals.

We've had a couple issues with screens being offline (we use the player as a couple of our TVs are old/non-smart TVs).

We like the many features ScreenCloud has to offer. It is able to pick up things from my Microsoft Teams account which is very helpful. Many different designs and layouts to choose from. The thing that we love the MOST is the customer service aspect. Our customer rep, [sensitive content hidden], is always checking in and making sure we are getting the most our of our membership. It's been a great partnership!

I wouldn't say I liked anything the least - I'm still learning new things about ScreenCloud everyday.

Easy interface, lots of apps to add in and very easy to set up and manage.

The youtube app kept breaking and the cost of adding dashboars.

it might be because we have Fire TV hardware, but every once in a while it will randomly restart or close out.
