J'aime la façon dont Paychex Flex simplifie le processus de paie et facilite la gestion des avantages sociaux de mes employés.

J'ai constaté que le support client peut parfois être lent, et j'ai rencontré des retards occasionnels lorsque j'essayais de résoudre des problèmes.

Paychex est utilisé pour nous aider à trier notre paie et permettre aux employés de voir leur paie pendant la période de paie.

Je n'ai pas de soucis avec paychex flex depuis que j'ai commencé à l'utiliser. Si ce le logiciel à des inconvénients, je l'ai pas encore rencontré.

I like the ability to log in and do what I need to do when it pertains to employee payroll activities. I also love the features that are offered to the employees by allowing them to check and edit information when they need to.

It is a little pricey compared to some. I don't have many negative comments about the service, but it can be difficult to reach customer service after hours.

I love paychex flex and the payroll services is excellent and highly recommended, I love it a lot an will continue to use and support these services.

Paychex flex need to work on the customer service area

Hard to get customer service. No one answering, if you get someone, don't expect to get solutions

My favorite thing about Paychex is the user-friendly home screen. It is easy to navigate both in-app and on the web browser. Finding and recording your time in and out is easy and finding paychecks and any HR-related information.

It has its moments where it doesn't function properly or the time in and out doesn't record or work. The site has been down at times and the 2 step verification process is finicky at times.

The ease of use is the key selling point for Paychex Flex. As a small business owner with little to no HR/Accounting experience, Paychex made payroll and employee management simple and easy.

Their employee app and time/attendance functionality is terrible. Time clocks were never accurate, difficult to correct, and is the reason we switched providers.
