I don't have to browse multiple websites, it's all there in one place, with my travel information, documents, and preferences. Good luck getting help from a competent customer service rep if you have to modify a trip or if you have a issue like they never actually booked or paid for your hotel like they confirmed. This site has turned into a nightmare for our employee travelers and I would caution anyone considering. Their service is so unreliable and plain bad. > > We have had non stop issues. Booking requests taking weeks to be confirmed. Booked flights being canceled and receiving no notice from the Travelperk on need to change days. Hotels being confirmed and paid for on the Travelperk end and not actually being confirmed our paid for by the 3rd party platforms like Booking, or Hotelbeds being used by TravelPerk. Flight modifications request taking days to process. Customer Service is basically worthless.
