The product was SUPER easy to use. Loved the idea management aspects of the software and the visuals it provided.

Aesthetics/design could definitely be improved, it has a 2000's feel to it. However, functionally the software works great.

Ideawake gives all employees the ability to have their ideas heard..

The ability to remain anonymous if there is something that you would like to submit but do not want others to see it was you that suggested it.

The ideas that we gathered have been an excellent starting point for a variety of projects and initiatives. The Ideawake platform allowed us to put a finger on the pulse of our organization in a way that would have taken a significant amount of time and effort in the past. We had a solid participation rate with very little training required.

We had a few instances where the software functions did not work properly and this impacted our ability to engage with users on their ideas. The Ideawake team did their best to quickly resolve the issues and were very responsive. However, some testing in advance of rolling out changes would be helpful.

Very good concept and each and each individual of the organisation can see the idea and gets motivated by others.

Seeing the number of ideas given by each individual from all the department is very encouraging.

It is user friendly. Navigating through Ideas, voting, commenting and sharing are some good Features. Also, the interface is good.

I think there should be a feature where innovator club members who are also the moderator should not get the visibility of name of the idea owners, as it can lead to biasness. Also, I guess the people who are buying this platform should have fleaxinility to change the wire frame according to their quality of employees.

I have not come across any functionality I didn't like.

Very easy to add new ideas to a board, sort, and rank them.

the navigation is easy, can accomodate a lot of ideas

some times gets confused in options .. but still this isnt something that we cant ,

It allows m to feel heard by my company , knowing that my ideas could be the new normal brigs a joy to my job .

Push emails about my post and post i comment on would be a great improvement to the site.

I think the overall functionality and and presentation is great. Also, the overall interface and navigating through the site is appealing and easy.

When I used ideawake to post an idea for a contest, the formatting of the text into the submission icon was disproportional and was not reflective of the the true formatting. In addition, reloading the list of submissions and using the filter to organize based on latest date took a bit of time to reload

This system is great! All companies should be using this! So easy to use and when anyone has an idea, just post it! Never has it been so easy to be heard and make actual change in the company you work for.

Perhaps if the tags could be used to better target each department they pertain to. That way anyone with the power to make change in that department can be notified of the idea as well. This would hopefully get their input and move things along as well as get more eyes on a potential important idea.

This is a great platform to share and vet unique ideas across all levels and departments. This is the first company in my 10+ year of experience that has used a platform like this and it's very empowering to be able to share any idea you have that is visible to leadership and can potentially make an impact on the business. It's very entertaining to see what other ideas employees come up with as well.

There are a lot of ideas submitted but can't tell which ideas are being seriously considered by leadership

I liked that it was easy to go from the link that was given, to the actual pitch competition sign-up.

The software is fine, I just didn't like the phrasing on some of the prompts.

Software is very intuitive. We appreciated the ability to track and manage the ideas as they came through the system. Evaluation and collaboration was easily achieved via the software. The up-voting was a big hit.

We are very pleased with the software. Our only challenge related more to the sheer number of ideas that were submitted by our employees, and the innovation team's need to further categorize and analyze the ideas. An in-depth analysis of the ideas is limited within the platform due to the way the ideas are captured (at an aggregate view, you can only see limited information on the ideas, i.e., title only. This required us to export the ideas into excel and then toggle between the spreadsheet, the platform and post it notes to further refine the ideas).

The tool has been incredibly easy to use. We didn't do any training for our first innovation challenge and yet we exceeded our usage goals. When we had a question on something the team was quick to help answer them.

Also enjoyed the flexibility in setting up our own unique workflow for ideas to go through.

Its more than a tool, there is also a process and best practices we got to take advantage of.

Nothing with the software or the process. Its more on our end with how we integrate systems.

We rushed ourselves a bit to get our first challenge out there. If I had it to do over, I would have taken more time with tool setup and prep.

There are no Cons on my opinion. The platform worked exactly the way my component intended it to.

The workflow is very similar to other social media sites, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. so it is very easy to understand and use.

The idea card is a little busy, a lot of information scattered about on the page. Maybe collapse down some of the sections and give the user the ability to open and collapse sections on demand.
