Very good, current digital training tool

This was our company's first crack at a training tool like this, and we found Practi folks were helpful, professional and we believe their system to be top notch of its type.
The software follows closely on the principal that asking the right questions (with some repetition) on a topic before learning about the topic is the most effective way to learn and retain.
Inconvénients
Many of our employees struggled with 'getting' and warming up to the non-traditional way of learning that this is.
The tool is a fun, great way to instill training specifically on what questions are being asked through the tool, but not the depth that may be behind the topic of the question.
