CE qui me plait dans ce logiciel c'est la possibilié du client final à pouvoir prendre plusieurs rendez-vous en même temps

Les restrictions de service: dans un spa ou j'ai installé le logiciel les deux praticiennes ne font pas toutes les meme prestations certaine les fait toutes mais l'autre fait que 90% prestations présente devoir choisir toute les prestations effectuer n'etait pas pratique. un possibilité de service oui ou non par assistant serai plus adapté.

I've been using the free version for about two years.
Since we started using it, we have become a hair salon that attracts 100% of its customers from online. Another advantage is that the management screen is available in Japanese.
It is very easy to use and has a more unique look than any other online system. I would like to use the professional version in the future to build a reservation system that is easier for customers to use.

It is a piece of software with a lot of features and options

It just doesn't work well. It's buggy. The system charged me twice but I bought just one licence. The customer support is super fast but the level of support is below average. Bad use of English language.

It is possible to customize a lot of things according the client needs. Each update improves the system and make the plugin better to use.
The support is helpful and always available.

I didn't have any big problem. All small issues I had was solved contacting support.

Integration was very easy to setup.
Synchronisation with google Agenda and the mobile app are an asset.
Good pricing flexibility.

When an upgrade of the app is done, you need to be sure the connexions are not broken, and that all components (mobile and backoffice) are upgraded.
Also, the agents (massages etc) accesses need to be enhanced, very tough to convince agents to use the backoffice.

The functionallity suits my needs. Easy to use when set-up is clear. Support is 6 out of 5 stars.

Not so strait forward when configuring, but support is always just an email away.

This software has a beautiful interface and when set up correctly really is great for scheduling and booking.

It is a little difficult to set up this software. Some of the directions aren't very clear, especially when it comes to hours of the work day.

It’s a really easy solution for booking reservations with lots of modification options to suit your business. Support is really good and fast, and open for suggestion of it’s users.

Easy set up, not much else is great about it

many issues with UI, poor reporting and filtering. Lots of bugs make it unusable frequently. Will have to migrate to another solution soon.

Expanding with extra fields changed during an update of the plugin. First via functions.php code, now via back-end. That caused confusion.

I am based out of the US and found this product to be very easy to use and simple to deploy for one of my clients. The price is great for what you get and having a dedicated iOS app is fantastic.

I’d like to be able to update the language used. As I am based in the US we have different spelling for words and need to be able to update this on the website.

The fact that we can automate the booking of appointments as well as the choice of services and schedules without being disturbed by our customers.

I did not find an option to put a 3 hour appointment that could include a 30 minute gap (for a color application for example). This option would allow another customer to make an appointment during the drying process.

The appointment scheduling is simple and easy to use. Its very customisable so you can setup SMS and email reminders which helps prevent clients not attending appointments.

I can't think of anything, it solves my needs really well.
