I like that there are constant updates that allow us to continue to improve our functionality as a firm. Our rep is always happy to answer any questions to ensure that we get the most out of SmartAdvocate.

I don't love that I can't view and edit contact as in a address book.

Overall, the organization of the program creates a seamless and organized platform for an efficient work environment.

Sometimes the complexity of tabs can be challenging to teach which is being alleviated when reviewing the tips of the weeks.

The organization matched what i was trying to do at Stephen T. Collins and Associates but all in one place. After i got the product i was even more impressed with the training and service.

Setting it up but it was more of me not being comfortable and always thinking i am doing something wrong even when i am not.

Smart Advocate has many great online resources that can generally help with most trouble shooting before having to reach out to support. But if support is needed, they typically reply fairly quick! However, the monthly tips are usually easy enough to navigate.

It would be nice if photos sent via text messages could show in the Notes feature.

Smart advocate has an almost flawless integration with Microsoft products. Which makes tasks such as drafting document with information already prefilled from the specific case you are working on to adding emails related to the case uploaded directly into the case notes.Austin Deck

with some generated documents such as envelopes do not populate with the proper addresses or will not auto generate the actual envelope

The program makes it easier for us to locate cases and I am able to read everyone's note.

The program tends to freeze up at times, when i am generating new cases.

The task tracking is super helpful and I like that I can assign tasks to myself. It helps me not to forget what I need to do.I like the Document Cloud a lot. It allows everyone in the firm to access the same documents without having to download them every time. It also makes organizing documents easier.

I wish SA allowed you to edit document templates on the website. I also cannot figure out how to download the Word Plug-In so I can't edit the templates at all.The workflows are very hard to implement. They are tedious to design and often don't work as intended. Tweaking them after testing them takes time and often still doesn't get you the results you want.

The referral source tracking is incredible. I have a great snapshot of where our referrals are coming from and how much we spend on those campaigns. This generates a clear cost per case and cost per call.

A few things to be worked out, but their team is always quick to jump on a call and work through any feedback.

Hi! My name is Selena. We've been using SA for over a year. This software can be either cloud or server based. Our office has cloud, so I can work from anywhere with just my log in. Also have Smart Advocate on my phone so I can see cases even when I'm not near a computer/laptop. Also it makes managing cases so easy with all the reports you can run and dashboards you can customize. You can run reports on financial information, calendar, outstanding fees, and you can have the reports generated and emailed to you automatically.

Integrating documents and learning the plug ins was a little difficult for my office but once practiced a few times we got the hang of it.

I think it's very capable but I struggle with understanding all the things it will do. Wish we had more access to SA experts to actually work with out firm on a regular basis and understand how we use it.

I am frustrated that I suspect we are not maximizing it's value.

The client portal is a feature that we have not seen on other products that we expect to be a game changer for our practice. We will be able to stay in contact with more clients using the same amount of time.

We wish there was more customization on the case home screen.
