L´application mobile est très limitée. Et pour voir les vacances des uns et des autres, ce n´est pas très intuitif

Personio me permet de centraliser toutes les informations RH en un seul endroit. Il me permet de poser mes congés de manière simple et efficace. Il me permet aussi d'avoir accès en un ensemble d'information employé au même endroit, ce qui est très pratique en tant que collaborateur.

Aucun point en vue de mon utilisation actuelle.

It is super easy to configurate, even without a tech background, and flexible if something needs to be changed.

Payroll is not yet covering all the singularities from all countries, and still a bit German regulations based.

Honestly it's the worst HR service I ever used in 5+ years of experience

A lot of bugs - constantly, the CS never replies and cannot help, a lot of features are extra = you need to pay

Personio has a very modern and minimalist design. This makes it feel super simple and fast to use. In addition, the system comes with a very large package of functions and has a wide range of extensions available. Furthermore, the company responds to customer feedback and is constantly developing the products further.

Sometimes you may reach the limits of the available functions and setting options. As a result, you have to find workarounds in some cases. In general, I would like to see more individual automation options to make it easier to map our processes in Personio.

I like that its a easy to understand product and also the logic it uses is very simple and understandable too.

it has no buildable logic between fields which can cause for incorrect data and also personio is still very Germany focused it becomes very difficult for our other countries with the tool since it can not fully attend to their needs

Personio operates seamlessly. The login process is extremely straightforward, and the interface is highly intuitive.

There isn't much negative to say about Personio.

The all in one solution for all our HR needs. The intuitive user interface also deserves praise, as it makes navigating through different modules effortless. Furthermore, Personio's customer support team has been exceptional.

While Personio effectively manages fundamental HR processes, some features may be overlooked due to the emphasis on core functions. There are occasions where the system falls short due to minor details that are difficult to comprehend. As an HR professional, one may encounter frustrations when certain features appear to be hastily implemented without thorough consideration, leading to occasional setbacks in usability.

However, this is a minor drawback in comparison to its overall functionality and ease of use.

It has streamlined administration activities by the HR by simply tracking all the projects and tasks as well as employees performance in one place.
Improved transparency in employment and pay roll.
Integration with many systems at our disposal made it even more reliable.

It had a great return on investment and achieved almost all the objectives expected and so I'm thrilled by it's performance.

I'm working for a scale-up in Munich in the B2B SaaS field.
Most recently, I joint the firm and went through the HR onboarding process - Personio was curcial part of this and central source of truth for the whole onboarding process. Having said this, I really like the onboarding checklist. Moreover, time recording and absence leave request seems pretty straight forward for me. Thus, I really like Personio from a user perspective.

I find the team absence dashboard somewhat overloading.
Moreover, it would be beneficial to have a direct link to completed tasks (history).

Personio has nice and clean aesthetics which I appreciate.

As Personio is a well-known tool I expect a bit more user-friendly interface and expect more innovative features

There ist nothing about Personio that I do not like.

Nothing really, maybe when already logged in, the features are quite easy to use, but how can you use those features if the app sucks big time and you can't even do a SIMPLE LOG IN!??

Can't log in, the authentication part sucks! It keeps asking for token, I use google authenticator linked to my company account, or I use the email I get from Personia, NOTHING WORKED! I had luck logging in previously some months back, but not anymore! This has been a problem since I joined the company!

For me, Personio is mainly a really simple way to request and track my days off work.

This may be due to my organization's admin settings, but it would be great if it were possible to input past vacations as well. Sometimes I make my requests directly to my manager and forget to put it in Personio, and then the system doesn't reflect the correct number of days off for me.

The vision of the platform. The center is the people, the most important value of our company. It is very intuitive and useful.

Maybe in the future I could find something to improve. But in my short experience I didn't find any CONS for the moment.

The software is easy to use and all the most important aspects of HR can be portrayed in Personio. All employee data can be stored there safely. Also, Personio provides helpful webinars and lots of additional materials such as document templates, employee surveys, and best practices for any topics which are very helpful.

The Recruiting part is maybe a bit less intuitive compared to other software that specialize in Recruiting

I like that you feel like you have everything in one platform. From time tracking to your documents like your monthly payroll. What I really like is that you can easily enter your working hours in a field and then edit the next day directly after saving the last one.

I don't like the Vacation day system. Sometimes the system doesn't recognize that I have more vacation days because I have worked more days last month (therefore entered more working hours)
