L'expérience aurait pu être géniale, la technologie et l'ux sont top. Le seul problème c'est leur offre inadaptée au marché francophone et ces minutes payées 30x le prix annoncé. Le problème c'est qu'on s'en rend compte seulement APRES avoir payé les positions. Compte tenu cela je leur ai demandé un remboursement qu'ils ont refusé.
Avantages
Service Client, réponse immédiate avec une super prise en charge
Inconvénients
Le pricing inadapté au marché français on vous annonce 0.02/minute et on se retrouve avec du 0.60/minutes soit 30x le prix annoncé sachant que vous devez d'abord acheter les positions (j'en avais prit 3 pour commencer heureusement) PUIS après il vous font acheter des crédits.

Parce que le réseaux de aircall est défaillant depuis plusieurs jours et qu'ils n'arrivaient pas à apporter une solution.Réponse de CallHippo

Overall, we are happy with callhippo and look forward to grow our business having them as our telephony partner.
Avantages
CallHippo has been a great help for us. It has allowed us to be contacted by and make contact to our client's customers without breaking the bank. The interface is intuitive and practical and very easy to learn and administer. Their technical support was also very prompt and timely in their response and resolution.
Inconvénients
All the features they offer are useful to us for our business needs right now. I do not know anything else we would need from them.

It has been great to be honest. I have tried this for the first time. I have used softwares such as Vonage and ringcentral in the past which were also good. But callhippo's support function just wowed me. I mean they are always available to answer questions and solve issues in a heartbeat.
Avantages
The ease of set up, the quality of calls, recordings to go back and monitor what's working and what's not. Best part is the support function - Always available and solves issues in a heartbeat.
Inconvénients
Nothing in particular. Although would like a discount🤑

when we used it over a year ago . we had customer service in the Philippines and I BeLive it worked ok

it's a fraud, they charge us a year in advance and refuse to refund although we don't use the service for long time !! i emailed customer service few times and they refuse to credit the next year . i have never heard of such thing !!! be carful !!!1

We have been using call hippo for almost a year now and we had a smooth transistion initially, User friendly admin portal and the 24/7 service they render is truely commendable. The flexibility on the payment mode is an added advantage.
Avantages
The Service, Quality and the pricing is what Callhippo can offer. The call hippo team is always there and we appreciate their patience in understanding the issues and the response to our queries.
Inconvénients
Nothing serious, the Dailer design can be modified.

I have the capability to record our conversation, and if needed, I can also invite Customer Support to join us in real-time via Zoom for immediate assistance.
Inconvénients
I'm looking forward to the return of the monthly subscription option for purchasing a single line.

Avantages
I like that Callhippo use an interphase that it's user friendly and very intuitive. If you are new in the platform, it is easy to learn how to use it.
Inconvénients
I feel that Callhippo can improve his customer service. I was trying to get the A2P verification approval. I had to write 3 times to get that resolve. The first two agents, did not bring me enough information to get the verification. The last agent, who was a lady, took the time to explain me everything and she helped me to get the verification.

- You can get a different service with better support 'skype for business'.
Inconvénients
- Discuss your Use Case with the support team before making the purchase.
- Support doesn't even understand your use case properly due to lack of knowledge.
- They will try to sell you the product no matter what so, please get all the response over email as proof of refund.
- You don't receive SMS for verification. So, the service doesn't work.
- You don't receive calls for verification from Google Voices, Gmail, Google Adwords, Upwork.
- Again make sure ask before you make the final purchase because they don't wanna refund wanna your money
- Also, their automation mailer will disturb you even if you are on a call with them.

Service is impeccable. The best part about them is the support team who actually take the time to help each and every small request of the customer. Also the team is well versed with the system (which many tech teams these days are not).

Inconvénients
The cost of the SMS is high and should be included or reduced when already a customer. Or have better option since texting is almost mandatory in the current business environment.
