Social Seeder is a Natural Choice for Employer Branding!
Using Social Seeder has greatly improved our branding, especially on LinkedIn. Combined with our company hashtag, our posts have a very wide reach - and perhaps more importantly, have buy-in from our internal stakeholders (all the way up to our company president)!
We use Social Seeder for employer branding on social media, and it gets an A++ in my book. The platform itself is incredibly easy to use, from targeting different ambassador groups for different employer branding initiatives, creating the campaigns (you can create as many as you want and store them in "Draft" mode as well, which is very convenient), and seeing the campaign results on different levels (for example, you can see how one campaign performed, or combine them in any way you want - based on date, topic, quarter, etc.)
I love how transparent the data is - seeing which of our ambassadors are truly engaging with the campaigns, as well as which campaign topics generate the most interest - this helps me create more engaging campaigns as I move forward. We have a huge internal buy-in as well. Our salesforce isn't as tech savvy as some, so they appreciate being able to receive relevant, on-brand content that presents them as a thought leader without having to find the content themselves.
I've had so much good feedback from the field about how much they take pride in looking at the engagement they receive on their posts too. So using this platform is a win-win: we humanize our brand and make sure people know who we are, while also having a salesforce that actively engages with the content.

The onboarding process is incredibly slow and extremely detailed. It takes at least 1 full month to complete the entire process from start to finish - which is frustrating, given how easy the platform is to work. You have at least 5-6 meetings that are an hour plus, on top of the "homework" you have to complete to go over with their onboarding team. I'm talking a 5-page document describing, in extreme detail, how and why you are using this platform. Too nitty gritty - looking back, I can say the process didn't help us in the slightest.

Super easy to use to set up campaigns and even easier for employees to share the messages they receive
Measurability of campaign results is a big pro
Customer care & support is obscenely satisfying
Great way to get your content distributed in a powerful way
It's not a cheap platform, however Social Seeder is one of the cheapest in the market
You need to have great content to reach success (not criticism to the platform but an overall remark)
