faciliter de mettre en place un site internet
Inconvénients
Avis très mitigé sur Hostaway (ET qui plus est sur le marché francais) quelques exemples des abérations du logiciel a savoir avant de s'engager :
- Impossible de mettre en place un plan tarifaire sur booking pour proposer le petit déjeuner
- La fonctionnalité des paiements en 2 fois pour les résas en direct, avec un premier accompte a la reservation et un 2ème paiement plus tard ne fonctionne pas.
- Impossible de mettre un prix par nuit et par animal sur airbnb il faut forcément mettre un prix par reservation
- Si vous êtes complets sur une période et que vous souhaitez optimiser le remplissage en bougeant des réservations d'un logement a un autre cela est impossible, il faut créer un faux logement vide pour permettre de les bouger (et je dois payer en plus pour ca, car impossible de ne pas me facturer !!!)
- Impossible de se connecter a VRBO à part si compte UK mais impossible d'avoir un compte UK si vous avez déjà un compte Abritel
- Service client incompétent et qui ne veut pas aider, ils prennent littéralement les clients pour des idiots avec des réponses pré faites.
- Impossible de gérer la taxe de séjour si nous ne sommes pas sur un % fixe uniquement comme c'est le cas dans beaucoup de ville en France
Bref, nous restons mais je ne sais pas combien de temps, comme tous les channels manager ils connaissent la galère de changer de plateforme.
Mais ils ne chercheront JAMAIS a vous aider

Avantages
L'interface est vraiment facile à utiliser. Le support client est excellent, toujours disponible et réactif.
Les nombreuses fonctionnalités sont très utiles(les automatisations et les intégrations avec les grandes plateformes). La plateforme est fiable et stable, avec peu de bugs pour le moment et des bonnes performances.
J'aime aussi les mises à jour régulières qui ajoutent de nouvelles fonctionnalités. Le gestionnaire de canaux est efficace, j'ai aussi observé une augmentation de l'exposition de mes annonces et mes réservations.
Les rapports et analyses sont clairs et détaillés. En résumé, Hostaway est une solution complète et j'en suis très contente.
Inconvénients
Certaines fonctionnalités demandent un certain temps pour être maîtrisées pleinement.

Le onboarding est efficace et rapide tout est bien récapitulé après chaque entretien
Avantages
Beaucoup de fonctionnalité différentes sur l'automatisation
La flexibilité des comptes utilisateurs ( Clients/personnel/ménage/comptable)
La partie analytique et comptable est très poussé tout est paramétrable
Indispensable nottament pour moi qui ai une agence.
Inconvénients
Un tout petit peu plus d'option sur les réglage de prix mais non dramatique

Bon niveau technique, de nombreux partenariats
Inconvénients
Vendu comme étant adapté aux lois françaises ce qui est faux aucune traduction donc complètement illégal.Ils prétendent sur leur site vitrine qu'ils ont un plug-in wordpress mais en fait plus développé depuis 2021 ! et grandement inadapté.Malgré ces gros problèmes ils refusent de rembourser les 280€ pour 4 jours d'utilisation

il est en ligne et il n'y a pas de nombre d'utlisateur limite (en tout cas on en l'a pas atteint)
Inconvénients
parfois il y a des bugg. mais ils sont réglé rapidement. cependant le service technique est seulement en anglais. parfois je suis capable de me faire répondre en espagnol mais c'est rare.

Avantages
I love the softwares simplicity and I especially love their customer service. This was part of the reason I left my previous vacation rental software and I'm very glad I did! [sensitive content hidden] is our Hostaway integrator, and she does an incredible job. She is extremely vigilant and always answers asap !

Supports a few diffrent softwares API's, but most of the other channel managers now do too..
Inconvénients
The company policies are terrible, and there is a significant amount of bugs. The support team often blames the user, but in my case, it was always the system's fault. I had to spend an enormous amount of time providing step-by-step instructions on how things happened, and even then, I was assumed to be at fault. They overcharged for the service by almost 2x. Luckily, I noticed it after a couple of months. However, the worst part was that I almost had to beg them and prove multiple times there was an overcharge just for them to realize they had charged double the service price multiple times. The same happened multiple times with their finance service. I undercharged my customers multiple times, losing a ton of money. The worst part was that the same issue occurred twice, and both times they did not even bother to look into their system. I had to spend about 5 hours on emails and video calls just for them to fix it. They also do not follow through on what they promise. After the first finance issue, I asked their support to agree to compensation if it was not my mistake; they would compensate for the error. In response, after the issue was finally addressed and proven to indeed be a system error, they sent a nonsensical ChatGPT answer back. I am extremely disappointed and very unhappy with the service. It was my most stressful 8 months out of all other services I have used in my 5 years of hosting using different channel managers.

Hostaway is exactly the right programme for anyone who wants to rent out several holiday flats and wants to keep an eye on everything despite automation. The platform is very intuitive to use and has everything you need and much more. After two months of using another programme that was less advanced and promised us the blue sky, Hostaway delivers what it promises - in every respect.
Avantages
I really like how easy and intuitive the platform is to use, despite its complexity. Melania helped me with all my questions and she was also quickly available for questions in addition to the onboarding video calls.
Hostaway is the right platform for people who want to rent out several holiday flats and just want to do it a little more professionally. After creating the advert, you can let everything run more or less fully automatically - but it doesn't have to. The programme and the team behind it are great and I would recommend it to anyone. So far, I haven't found a single point that I don't find good.
Inconvénients
There is no German support yet - but this is not really a con, because the English of all employees is more than understandable. A big compliment to Melania from the onboarding team and Léah from the sales team. Both made the introduction to the programme much easier for us.

Avantages
The software works well so far. Although I am pretty techy, it does require some patience and playing around to understand. The kick-off course gives good insight but it's still some work. The best thing about Hostaway is [sensitive content hidden]. I have been about to throw in the towel a couple of times and he's a game changer.
Inconvénients
A bit complex for the basic user. For example, I was struggling to add a new formula to an owner's report and it wasn't showing up. It was a simple "refresh" that had to be clicked. The "refresh" is hidden in the "more" button. I don't see a reason why a refresh would be required - the system should automatically refresh itself once you add a new formula. This is just an example of how I think Hostaway is very good but could be better.

I dreamed of having STRs & unfortunately, I have been struggling to streamline the backend processes of this business with Guesty for Hosts. I have felt solo the entire time learning on my own by desperately surfing the Internet and researching resolutions. Guesty offered me ZERO assistance setting up, and long waits to speak with uneducated employees who could not easily answer my questions. [sensitive content hidden] took away ALL of those issues! The best!!! ... and I really mean it. After going through some bad experiences with 2 other providers, I can honestly say that Hostaway is miles ahead.
Avantages
Their onboarding process was so incredibly smooth, partly due to the super user friendly system but also their fantastic onboarding team. [sensitive content hidden] who was helping me with the onboarding was top of the class. Absolutely amazing.
Their app is also super user friendly. I have all my properties in one place finally.
Inconvénients
There really wasn't anything I didn't like.

I really enjoy using the software and find the customer service to be superior to what I'd experienced so far from software services like this previously. I also want to note that this is a complex piece of software and does require some dedicated setup time... however, the customer support staff is really patient, a readily available, and are very friendly. I haven't ever been turned away by them without having my issue resolved - they're pretty great!

Top level functionality, great customer service, intuitive controls/menus/interface.
Inconvénients
It's slightly expensive, but far cheaper than the past channel manager I've used; it also includes most/all of the add-on features from the 'other' channel manager but they are included in the service rather than additional services.

Kyle initially called me to pitch Hostaway, but I wasn't really interested. Once he told me all the options Hostaway offered and the low cost per property, I agreed to a consultation with Alex. The consultation with Alex was great, I signed up later that day. It wasn't a high-pressure sales pitch, which I really liked. I also liked that it is a month-to-month contract. That really tells you how confident Hostaway is in its product. Gabriel was our onboarding specialist, and he was outstanding! Super patient and extremely helpful.

It is a complex system, but once you finish onboarding, it's a simple process. Gabriel was our onboarding specialist and he did an outstanding job.

It has a lot of features, it is easy to navigate through different channels, easy to monitor your financials, your reservation creations and more. I find holidayfuture.com extremely useful as well. Also, inbox is really useful especially when using templates.
Inconvénients
It can easily get disorienting with all these different features, while also custumer supports is not a 24/7 option which would be really needed.

Avantages
I most liked the person that was given the task of the onboarding sessions with me, [sensitive content hidden]. He was SO knowledgeable about every single thing and had an answer for every single question i had
Inconvénients
I would have like to do more than one session a week. After so many sessions they only allow for you to do one onboard session per week.

Avantages
Works well; support is quick and effective [today [sensitive content hidden] helped me in like easy hours via e-mail]; using mail templates
Inconvénients
In Hungary we have to register all the guests' data to a system (called NTAK and VIZA) and HA is not capable to do this therefore we must use a 3rd party system manually to do that. This kind of implementation (multi ntak) would be awesome and I am sure many users in Budapest and in Hungary come to use HA.
