Elle une application très cher, difficulté au niveau du support technique pour les réponses

le côté pratique et évident de l'utilisation

Nous n'avons rencontré que des avantages dans l'utilisation de Play Signage Digital

J'ai testé plusieurs solution avant de me pencher sur PlaySignage.
Finalement, il s'agit de la meilleure option possible !
Très simple d'utilisation et le premier écran gratuit à l'époque était un vrai plus !

J'aurai aimé le fait de pouvoir verrouiller en place certains calques afin que des personnes utilisant le logiciel sur une base journalière n'aient que les éléments modifiables qui les concernent.
Ceci permettrait de limiter l'erreur humaine.

We used Play for many years now. We like the playlist management and even though it might have few small drawbacks it works for us in majority of deployments. Playlist nesting, custom schedule on slides are a great help when working with the content.

No integration with WebOS is certainly a drawback but not a deal breaker for us.

System was very easy to install. We have 4 offices in different countries. Was quickly able to establish connection via the Samsung TV or with the use of Chromecast with Google.

Thought the price was a bit steep. Had tried other solutions with lower price range.

I wish we could buy player units directly from Play Signage with everything pre-installed as an appliance.

I'd like to see more customization options for the holographic displays, such as the ability to add special effects or control the playback speed

Play is simple to use and produces a highly polished final product, the support is amazing I just wish more companies took notice how they support their product.
very quick to setup and you can use a multitude of delivery methods to keep initial outlay low, it represents great value.

not being able to group playlist assets into project folders

Started using Play digital signage for our in-store menus and advertisements - so much cheaper than our previous system we were using and the quality is even better. We never have any problems with the software. Clean designs that capture customers are very easy to create and implement!

Every once in a while when you publish a screen, it will not update right away. sometimes it takes a few times.

The Playsignage system is very user-friendly. Our customers quickly mastered the possibilities. Despite the fact that the system is English and we have Dutch customers.

We have been working with the system for over 2 years now and we have not been able to discover much that we are missing. Because media RSS doesn't work in the Netherlands, they even made a special RSS reader for us, which makes it possible to use the Dutch RSS feeds. In addition, they have made the weather plugin available in Dutch for us.

The software supports most streaming devices as well as PCs. We run it on a PC on-screen and an Amazon Fire on another one.
Setting up the presentations is relatively easy using a browser-based editor. It is a breeze to push the new content to all or select screens.
I feel that the software will not become obsolete and can evolve as displays get better.

Setting up default zones on multiple slides for touch screen use is difficult. There should be a template that you can apply.
Getting the best/correct resolution for the screen can be confusing.
The editor is pretty easy to use, much like power-point but has its quirks that take some getting used to.
