Jumpseat provides the ultimate way to deliver training and support to customers that they will actually remember and engage with. It reduces the time to proficiency for users dramatically and prevents follow training inquiries. Jumpseat was able to deal with our most challenging functionality with ease. It is a product that I enjoy working with more and more everyday, I would recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their users experience.
