Avantages
The cloud, being able to access the EHR from a show or event is great to take payments and have an up to minute schedule.
Inconvénients
Can sometimes be slow- loading documents of inserting information can sometimes take a while.

Bad enough to consider pulling out completely and taking a loss.
When a customer is willing to eat the cash they spent to date, plus the 6mos min commitment, you'd think some intelligent person at the company would care...guess not!
Avantages
Aside from the sweet sales person and it being cheap, not much. RUN for the hills and do not buy. Unless you have time as a business owner to chase answers and babysit.
Inconvénients
- Customer service and direction are BAD!
- Implementation and support doing it are BAD!
- We had to go up the ladder to request that our first specialist be removed from our project.
- The 2nd one was a little better but not what we are used to
- Now we are experiencing issues with their merchant services side and still aren't able collect payment b/c the guys can never get us a correct answer and refuses to take my advice for a ZOOM or TEAMS mtg

Inconvénients
If a patient has 2 different insurances chirotouch only gives total amount received but does not have an option to see how much each insurance paid.

The style and interface of Chirotouch. It looks great and visually appealing when working on notes and checking people out.
Inconvénients
It can be limiting to certain abilities that a Chiropractic and Nutrition office is able to do based on the functions in the software. This is about the online version, the desktop version might be different.

Avantages
Functional writing program for narrative style notes which does carry over to next days notes for each patient. Many of the feature work great for Chiropractic needs in keeping up with notes.
Inconvénients
Not very friendly to use for physical therapy. Most the features are not usable due to having to change parameters with each note such as using accurate time in and out, changes in exercises and subjective statements and assessments, treatment minutes and changes that have to be manually entered every visit. It would be nice if there was a way to correlate unit charges with minutes and modalities used so fewer mistakes are possible.

I am going Live tomorrow with another EHR software. I’ve been with CT since 2015 and switched to CT cloud last summer. It is a disaster. And they just tell me to put a ticket in.
Avantages
It is kind of similar to the server version I had for years.
Inconvénients
CT cloud is a very poor version of what I expected from CT. It is a fraction of the quality from the server version.
Customer service is poor. When you open a ticket, if they don’t like what you have open, they will close it or never get back to you.

I have been using ChiroTouch since 2016 (before that I used SmartCloud). There were many features in SmartCloud that were superior to ChiroTouch and visa versa. All in all, I like the software and have no difficulties using it.
Avantages
User friendly. Easy to learn and understand.
Inconvénients
The reports are complex and do not give you the specific information you need at times.

When we first started this beta program, support was a joke. It was such a hard transition form server-based. I feel better about it now. I have a biller from Chirotouch that I have constant contact with which makes that end easier.
Avantages
They are ever-evolving. Thigs are getting cleaned up and things are getting easier to use.
Inconvénients
When we first signed up it was overwhelming and not so user-friendly. We have had it for 3 years, and it is getting better all the time.

Workflow functionality is fantastic. Everything we need to make our practice run smoothly is at our fingertips!
Inconvénients
Lots of moving pieces so the learning curve is a bit steep. They are adding trainings all the time to improve this though.

Unorganized and complex start up. I do not like not being able to get customer service with an actual person. I am not happy that I was pushed toward the cloud based system. I was assured it was ready but my trust was broken long ago. I didn’t switch for that reason. I’m glad I didn’t, look at the reviews! As I near the last chapter of my career, I will walk away with a bad taste pertaining to my entire experience with ChiroTouch.
Avantages
I like that I can use it on my iPad so I don’t have computers in every room.
Inconvénients
Cost, lack of customer service, CT community. My biggest gripe pertains to the complete lack of customer service. Many of us would still like to talk to a real person. The email or chat never does anything but waste time. I pay every month but feel I’m on my own when there’s an issue.

They were very thorough on the onboarding process. They were quick to get me setup and everything I needed. Now my process of billing payers is quick and easy. It is also nice to have all of the hot buttons and macros setup on the electronic records. It keeps everything organized with the patient ledgers and notes and makes doing notes so much faster.
Avantages
Easy, convenient, helpful with insurance billing. The support team was incredibly helpful whenever there was an issue.
Inconvénients
There is a maintenance period every Sunday night which can be annoying if you are hoping to do some work before Monday morning. This is for the cloud service.

Avantages
I like the conveinence of being able to access the program from anywhere.
Inconvénients
They are still working on improvements for the program. which is great but still wish for access to send faxes directly from the program and to be able to charge credit card fees easily.
